Confirmed months ago and still waiting for payment, TCB should be restricting SKY TV if they are not paying out and not still promoting them as a top merchant.

I ordered Sky in September, had it installed in November & nearly 18 weeks later haven't had my cashback. Great deal from Sky, but the length of time to pay the cashback is ridiculous. I understand it's all about having to wait for the merchant etc, but from a customer service point of view shouldn't something be done to speed up the process? Not had any other problems with TCB, usually really quick at paying out.

had to lodge missing claim but it sorted now and do any of you read small print t&c states cashback will track low to start and then be normal amount after 6 months please be patient.

I am an existing customer and have noted that if I try to upgrade or change my package via topcashback i get an email from Sky saying there is a problem with the order and asking me to call them to complete it - which of course invalidates the topcashback offer. When I don't use TCB - amazingly the online upgrade goes through fine. Anyone might think Sky are doing this deliberately to circumvent the topcashback offer - which they often don't pay anyway. Seems a little suspicious to me!

Still waiting for my money. Being spoon fed copy and pasted responses isnt good enough. The cashback was a caveat for taking the contract . This money needs to be chased properply by TCB its a disgrace

The cashback soon showed up as confirmed but took five and a half months before it became payable. It seemed to take a long time but I am pleased to have received the cashback and Sky broadband has been fine.

13 weeks @ confirmed and still nothing, impossible to get i touch with topcashback, i would advise to try another site as many customers are not getting a pay out via sky with topcashback

Never recived cash back for a transaction in 2013 very poor service, Top cash back do not have a comment section for existiting sky customer so i guess they must have a lot of issuuue with them

if there was zero stars thats what i would have given .... oredered sept its now feb and still nothing i didnt even recieve the vouchers i have paid 5 bills and its still showing as confirmed like it was from 1st week oct will def use a different cashback site next time !

Oct 16th claimed cash back- time scale changed to 15 weeks, then as the date got closer when to 26 weeks, then three weeks later when to 17 weeks which was two weeks ago. Don't think I will be seeing his money
