Shocking that TCB have not been good with my claim at all, still not even tracking on my account, not at the amount, not at £0.00 just nothing like it doesn't exist. Paying the bills for the service but should have gone direct for a better immediate deal rather than the non existent cash back!!!!

Very Bad experience in regards to cash back. Its been 5 weeks I have not received cashback seems it will take more than my contract term of 12 months after going through all reviews. Its my fault when everyone is offering reasonable cash back I should have selected after going through reviews. I would not suggest to anyone to opt Sky from my experience.

its the payable estimated date today and nothing, was relying on this payment to buy a big xmas present. won't hold my breath after reading others comments on sky cashback. disappointing as all other merchants i have bought from have paid :-(

Been waiting nearly 15 weeks still no sign. Average waiting time 12 weeks? Since then sky had had nearly 180 from me. Wish id gone direct ti sky as would have at least had the vouchers they sent but no vouchers or cashbak :(

Have given this a high rating so it can be seen by others before carrying out the transaction.I have been pushed from pillar to post about the payout from this merchant.I have asked why when others who carried out their transaction the same time as me have been paid their cashback weeks ago!All they say is mine had been missed and I have to leave it another 8 to 12 weeks!This is a joke that others get and some dont.Yes its a great cashback amount but you will have to either fight for it or be prepared to wait forever for it!

Refused cashback even though I went through link, provided Sky with my Sky account number and everything. Was counting on cashback to make a Sky a viable option with tight household budgets, I know not guaranteed but Sky had no reason to decline cashback

Purchase never tracked, raised claim, 6 weeks later receive automated generic email saying rejected. No attempt to ask me additional info to try and sort it out, nothing. Hardly The 'priority customer care' I pay £5 a year for! Never had any probs with tcb before earning over £1200 to date so very disappointed.

Bought my product in March this year. Sky says 13 weeks approx for cash back. It has now been 8 MONTHS. Will I ever see this cash back? It is looking highly unlikely! I am though forever optimistic.

This is the second purchase I have made from Sky through topcashback, I cannot fault Sky as they delivered my £100 Tesco voucher very promptly, the cashback however is another matter. It gets confirmed after your first direct debit and then you have to wait way past the 13 weeks estimate my last transaction took over 20 weeks. I shan't hold my breath on this one being paid before Christmas.

Abysmal cashback processing. Joined in June, cashback has sat as confirmed for months without ever moving to payable. We've been patient in waiting and now discovered through the help system on topcashback that it was too long ago to chase up. Very poor, best to avoid!

I have clicked through to sky on 2 occasions recently and both tracked and payable at 0.00 Don't think I will bother again. And one of the offers was if you upgraded to sky sports you would get broadband unlimited for free. Only just realised I'm paying full price so rang up and now they are saying the offer was half price .

Cash back was confirmed back in July still currently awaiting for the payment, which seems to be the case with many others. Was hoping to receive this cash back in time fro Christmas but it seems highly unlikely. Would be nice to get an update as to when it's likely I'll receive this.
