Got my sky tv through top cash back and my cash back is still not payable after my estimated date. Ordered it on 1st August and it's now nov. Looking like I'm not getting it!!!

All of my cashback transactions with Sky have been declined and for no valid reason. Never again. These scammers should be removed from this site.

Hi, My cashback has been in 'Confirmed' stage for 17 weeks!!! Though i am still hopeful that one day it will move to 'Payable' stage as well in near future. Now SKY has increased the price as well which is fine given the service is overall good. I hope TCB will try to improve the cashback speed.

Hi there, it can sometimes take longer than estimated for the cashback to come through as we are only able to base the estimated payable speed on the previous payable speed of these transactions. I don't normally leave reviews, but I purchased a simple phone line and broadback package in May 2014 and to date it hasn't even been tracked.

Been waiting for over 8 months now and my transaction is only showing as tracked at £0.00, its pretty poor service topcashback they don't seem to care.

I an yet another topcashback customer waiting for cashback from Sky.....took out on 7 June, expected 13 weeks, then was told 30th September. now its 7th October and not even been confirmed. Very disappointing! Have used Topcashback a few times and never had any issues, and really enjoying having Sky, just disappointed with how long it is taking for the cashback to even be confirmed, I'll then probably be waiting a few weeks for it to payable!

Switched from plusnet to sky broadband as plusnet upload speed is horrible. Cashback didn't track initially but after putting in missing chasback claim it finally tracked after few months. so although delayed but am to see cashback has been paid as well as broadband is decent. Happy to use services of topcashback.

Been waiting since February and now it's disappeared from my account altogether. Can't make a claim as it's over 100 days old apparently. Was promised that it would be looked into on two occasions and heard nothing. If someone could help that would be great but it looks like the offer was completely false advertising.

My cashback has been in 'pending' for 18 weeks!!! Also within the first few weeks of joining sky they had a price increase!! Please be careful! And don't count on getting your cashback anytime soon!!

26 weeks tracking and still waiting. Extremely slow. Topcashback does not give me an option to chase them up, I'm now stuck for my cashback.

Feeling annoyed with sky's tcb too. Into my 15th week of waiting :( I did quickly receive my £125 pre paid Mastercard however since joining in June I have had two price increases. Feeling rather cheated.

Like others giving this a five star rating so that it is seen. I've previously claimed cashback from Sky Existing Customer when I purchased their broadband package. The claim took a ridiculously long time to become payable, but it did in the end (about 6 months). My latest experience is that on taking out the Family HD Bundle my £50 cashback tracked but was rejected with no reason 2 months later. Being honest, I wouldn't bother with the Sky Existing Customer deals, just to much hassle and not impressed at all with Sky (no fault of TopCashback)

Tracked at 105 to start with but changed to correct amount (205) today. However still not payable..hopefully dont have another 13 week wait as the amount just got changed today, as it has now been 13 weeks since order went through and its my partners birthday next week and it would be nice to have the extra cash for then :)

Topcashback didn't give me the £125 it clearly stated on the sales link. It's taken me 3 months to chase my complaint and even then I only got £115 :( Now my payment of £115 is confirmed, it says I have to wait up to another 90 days to become payable.

I subscribed in Mid March for the Broadband + Sky Talk package (£106 cashback). 6 months have now passed and this is still in "Pending"...! Topcashback service is very bad and they do nothing apart waiting from the merchant... Please, CHASE them.. Regards,

Bought on the 22nd May and still waiting for the cashback to be made payable. No explanation as to why it is so far over the estimated payable date and no option to ask customer service to chase this up. It doesn't look like i am the only one judging by past reviews so i would have thought that TC would be looking a bit more into this and making some efforts into either a) following it up and getting sky to pay their customers or b) TC notifying its customers into why the payment is so delayed.

I ordered on the 17th may so now nearly 17 weeks and no cashback! The sky page on here says an average of 12 weeks 6 days! I've waited and waited, and keep checking to see if top cashback have received a payment from the merchant in September, which is still showing august received for April. Checked last month and sky have normally sent payments by this time of the month, beginning to think this is never going to be paid out! Having said that, am happy with sky, package is good, tesco vouchers received within 2 weeks of installation, so really just the cashback that is letting this down

Still not received cashback from Topcashback despite placing order on 22nd May. Transaction confirmed immediately but still not received the funds and is WELL over the 13 week estimate. Am more than a little annoyed and means I am highly unlikely to use this service again after doing this for the first time during this transaction. Sky have been great and issued the M&S voucher immediately!
