Most of the praise is reserved for how quickly members received their cashback, with some of the feedback including “tracked fine and paid out earlier than expected”, “fast tracking and, unbelievably, paid within weeks of service going live”, “tracked quickly and was also paid much faster than suggested” and “I have never had a problem receiving any cashback from Sky — very prompt”. While there is some negative feedback regarding cashback, you will also find comments praising Sky for their products and customer service. Absolute joke, I have now waited 16 weeks and not recieved my cashback. Ordered on the 26th October, went to make a claim only to find that I could only list the date as the 10th December. On my Topcashback account it clearly says my transaction was the 26th October, so now I can claim my cashback!

22 weeks cash back not yet received. Initial offered payment was £98 less than advertised amount. After 4 weeks, £40 offered. After 22 weeks full amount is still in dispute. Very disappointed

When I first signed up for the Sky Broadband deal it stated on Topcashback's site the payout estimate time was 13 weeks, however when it got to 13 weeks it instantly jumped to 25 weeks, so nearly double! It was nearly impossible to contact Topcashback and when I finally managed to raise a ticket I was told it is down to Sky, but Sky are saying it's nothing to do with them as Topcashback are a third party agent! To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I am now going to cancel my contract with Sky Broadband, as this was the only reason I joined them in the first place, and I would strongly recommend anyone to AVOID Topcashback at all costs!

Hi there, if the estimated payment speeds are updated, then we will always update these on our systems so that our members have a realistic time frame, as to when they can expect to receive the cashback. When contacting a merchant directly, they may not always be able to advise regarding the cashback as this is often dealt with by a separate division of the company, but I can confirm that we do need to receive the cashback from the merchant, via their network, before we are able to pass this on to our members. Took out sky sports upgrade in October 2014, now in February 2015 and no sign of this energy pending. I am fobbed off with "we have forwarded this to the merchant" etc... other cash back sites would have this sorted by now, do not think I will use this site again once this (if ever) gets sorted.

Very pleased with Sky broadband, normal broadband yet 4times faster than previous provider, cashback though is very slow, I've now been waiting over 17weeks!!

Love sky dont trust topcashback. I placed my order 18th Nov 2014 so i understand my expected payable date is 17th of Feb 15 but why is there no number to call for help? your "help" questions dont help.....

Seeing all the negative comments worries me, My transaction went to pending pretty quickly and sky have already given me my bonus of £75 and I'm now about to pay my second bill, I hope my cash back clears when it's supposed to as it will be my bday :(

gave 5 starts so it will be seen .. got installed quick was told have to wait 13 weeks for the cash back and been 13 weeks still no cash back how long do people have to wait . my rearward arrived quickly the 100 cash on debit card arrived with in a few weeks but no cash back to be seen was hoping to have it this week due to partners birthday but not to be

Still waiting for cashback! I purchased on the 5th October 2014, however ute cashback is still pending. Can someone from TopCashback confirm when I will receive. Apart from this, Sky have been brilliant.

A fantastic deal from SKY. Basicly im havin a broadband for free :) 100£ voucher with MS and 99£ cashback after few months. And im only payin line rental for my bband, 15,40£/month. Do the math :)

The service from Sky has been faultless however the cashback was confirmed 6 MONTHS AGO and still no sign of it being paid. This has blown any estimate and add on weeks out of the water. Topcashback please help!!!

Cashback approved by Sky back in July. It is now December. 12 weeks?? Are you having a laugh? I switched to Sky through TopCashback as I was counting on having the money to convert to vouchers for Christmas shopping. Maybe I still will be able to...for Xmas 2015, perhaps. The plus point is the actual switch went through with no hitches at all and I like the broadband product.

Shocking that TCB have not been good with my claim at all, still not even tracking on my account, not at the amount, not at £0.00 just nothing like it doesn't exist. Paying the bills for the service but should have gone direct for a better immediate deal rather than the non existent cash back!!!!
