Most of the praise is reserved for how quickly members received their cashback, with some of the feedback including “tracked fine and paid out earlier than expected”, “fast tracking and, unbelievably, paid within weeks of service going live”, “tracked quickly and was also paid much faster than suggested” and “I have never had a problem receiving any cashback from Sky — very prompt”. While there is some negative feedback regarding cashback, you will also find comments praising Sky for their products and customer service. Ordered Sky movies almost a year ago. Still tracking as zero, Attempted to lodge a claim but TBC message states I am unable to do so because it's over 100 days. On this sky package, it states cashback takes at least 6 months.

Took out sky at start of Feb this year and still waiting for the cashback. Received cashback on bt from another site ages ago but this looks like it may never happen. Supposed 13 week date for payment appears to be widly inaccurate at best. Beginning to wonder if it'll ever happen now.

Appalling... Booked Sky instead of alternatives for £120 cashback (combination of number of items including sports). Sky didn't pay the cashback, so I opened a claim, Sky would not reply to this claim month after month after month, then finally rejected due to "claim being open too long". Absolute joke. On top of that Sky charged for installation that was supposed to be free, and took over 2 months to install broadband. I never received my £120 - every other site I have ever used through TC has tracked fine.

ordered on the 30th march 2014 took ages to confirm and after my 13 weeks estimated time to go to payable im still waiting and its been 18 weeks and still nothing. but fing it shocking you get charged £5 to make a withdrawl request on this site

Hi there, Sometimes, it can take a longer than estimated for the cashback to come through, but please be assured that if this passes the estimates showing on our system by more than 6 weeks, then we will follow this up with the merchants network. I would hope to see the cashback for your transaction come through soon though. In regards to the £5, this will be the yearly admin fee for being a Plus Member, all of our pay-out requests are free. Ordered Sky through TopCashBack on 31st March. Very quickly, about a two weeks from memory, went to a status of confirmed but then nothing. I don't even appear to have an estimated payable date so can't chase. Is there any indication of when this will be payable?

I am so disappointed with Sky. I took out full package on 12th March 2014 and even though it was confirmed very quickly I am still waiting for it to reach payable. I did not receive vouchers either as I increased my package. I wish I went via another company :-(

Hi there, Please do not be concerned, we are only able to provide estimates based on the merchants previous payable speed and sometimes, this does mean that the cashback can take longer to come through. We do ask that members allow around 4-6 weeks from the estimate for the cashback to be received so could I kindly ask that you allow around a further 3 weeks for the funds to be produced? Don't do it- took the best part of a year to authorise half the agreed cashback, after first trying to wriggle out of it by saying that their delay accepting the claim took it past the time they were liable for it. I picked Sky because of the cashback; now the year is up I'll go with someone else. Sky lost ~£60 and a customer; the negative impact of their bad management of their own cashback scheme. No skin off my nose.

rubbish service. i live in flats so are ineligible for cashback. have been trying to get an explanation of why and i keep getting excuse after excuse from both sides, each side blaming the other. its pure discrimination. to cap it all, tcb sy not to contact sky but cannot say why the rule is made only that it is and only sky would know the answer. if we are not supposed to contact sky then tcb are responsible for getting answers from sky no matter what it takes. tcb make huge profits and are not providing adequate service to customers. as a side point, why are so many giving this merchant five stars when the comments completely contradict. anyone reading the percentage rating for sky would think they are brilliant, the comments tell a different story.

Hi there, As we have mentioned in your support ticket, Sky installations for flats require a specialist engineer and Sky will not pay the cashback on these, this is a term set by the merchant and I am afraid, that there is nothing that we are able to do in regards to providing you with some further information on this which I do apologise for. I clicked through topcash back and purchased my subscription in June 2013 and still I am yet to receive payment!!!!! It took until March for my earnings to be confirmed and then still it has not become payable. Im not sure who is it to blame, either sky or topcashback but i would have expected payment by now!! In future I may use other cashback sites with improved payment times!!!!

Purchased through topcashback on the 1st March 2014, status went payable on the 15 July 2014, cant complain as did not wait long for it to become payable. £100 tesco vouchers received after 2 weeks of installation plus £160 cash back, very happy.!!!

TCB promised "6 months half-price Sky Fibre Unlimited Broadband without TV! Plus £100 M&S voucher!" I never got M&S voucher and Sky support said these offer were "not stackable", so if I got 6 months of 10£ discount I could not get M&S. I believe information on TCB was incorrect and confusing.

Hi there, If the vouchers were advertised then these should have been received via email form Sky alongside your cashback, it is stated within the merchants notes that 'All M&S Vouchers are supplied by Sky not TopCashback, and these will be sent via e-mail after activation of your Sky Package'. I would suggest contacting the merchant again regarding your voucher to see if they are able to advise further regarding this? I've been reading some of the comments on here moaning about having to wait for their cash back back to be made payable i've been waiting 18 weeks now for it but my reasoning is what have you got to complain about your getting free money at the end of it what more do you want

As previous people have said, waited weeks and weeks for anything to show on my account. Put in a claim, waited weeks and weeks again only to be told that Sky cannot trace the transaction? yet I have a contract with them and they are able to trace direct debit details to take my subscription out each month!! Absolute con!! will be cancelling subscription as soon as I am out of contract. Not good service at all from a company as big as Sky. Do not bother taking a contract with them if the cashback is the thing that is making you choose them over another provider.

If you are thinking of joining sky for the very attractive cashback 'offered' then dont bother... waited a ridiculous amount of time and to be honest thinking of binning topcashback... No advice received from them. I use another cashback site which are far more helpful. Disappointed to say the least... (and my 8 mates who have just moved into a brand new estate will be using the other cashback site as our other friend was paid the cashback after 6 weeks from sky through the other website) Not a happy customer!

Been waiting on the Sky Cashback for well over 18 weeks now! It tracked quickly and didn't take long to confirm, however the 18 week wait so far is very disappointing. If you are considering Sky because of the cash back offer - don't do it!

Stay clear from top cash back they lie and are awful they promise cash back that never comes! I signed up to sky nov 2013 it's not July 17 2014 and now £105 as promised! They blame sky but sky has confirmed account was set up via top cash back! Poor tcb

Sky are an absolute joke, I had sky installed expecting £155 cashback, I went through the order online but because I live in a flat I was told I couldn't progress further as I had to talk to someone so filled in my number on the contact form, they rang me back and arranged a date for installation, now they are refusing to pay cash back because my order wasn't completed online!!! Also they failed to tell me I wouldn't be able to record 2 programs as with living in a flat there is only one feed. Thieves!

Into the 18th week and still no cashback. s/b 13 weeks estimate?! all topcashback can say is that they are still waiting for sky and as soon as they cough up so will they & that it is still within the timeframe usually set. dont say 13 weeks then if its not going to be anywhere near that?!

well past the date to pay me my cash back... still no help or support from top cash back.... looks like anyone thinking of joining sky through this website should avoid.. take a look at everyone else's experience and the poor customer service from topcash back in helping people resolve this issue.. i will keep posting and up dating each week on the out come of my experience and receiving my cash back.. if top cash back wont help us get our money then well inform others of what is happening and hope they go else where to save being miss sold any sky product off this website
