Most of the praise is reserved for how quickly members received their cashback, with some of the feedback including “tracked fine and paid out earlier than expected”, “fast tracking and, unbelievably, paid within weeks of service going live”, “tracked quickly and was also paid much faster than suggested” and “I have never had a problem receiving any cashback from Sky — very prompt”. While there is some negative feedback regarding cashback, you will also find comments praising Sky for their products and customer service. 17 weeks on the clock and still no cashback. It was confirmed months ago but still not payable. Sky's broadband services are exceptional though. Hardly had a dropped connection in 4 months (well! maybe once), but great speeds. Just disappointed with the TCB-Sky tie up and the cashback scam.

First no acknowledgement; then declined challenge; then they confirmed the right amount, swithced it to half the amount, and I'm still waiting for even that to be paid. Nearly 10 months. I'll just cancel sky and go with someone else at the end of the contract.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear that you are still waiting for the cashback to be received since your claim has been resolved. We are reliant on the cashback being received from the merchant before we are able to pass this on to yourself, has your transaction passed the estimated payable speed provided on your account? You will be able to view this by going to your Earnings page and selecting to view your 'cashback by date'. Please note that these are only estimates that we are able to provide so we do ask that you allow around a further 4-6 weeks for your transaction to progress. Kind regards, TopCashback Support

Ordered on 24/01/14, was messed around royally by Sky RE the installation (received an email two hours after the appt to install informing that they were re-arranging the appt) we'd waited in all morning!! Was supposed to be installed before my baba arrived, we were left without a service which was not good - mobile services not always reliable so we wanted new phone service etc in as the old one was cancelled in case of baba emergency. Dreadful customer service. and still waiting for cashback, has been approved for a while but still waiting to become payable. won't be renewing the service. (oh and only lasted 3 days and had to get a new dish!!!) Wouldn't recommend.

Had this installed in January 14 and had cashback confirmed but nothing paid. Seems to be happening with quite a lot of the merchants now. I've found it's now worth looking at the voucher and cashback offers the companies have direct as they are getting paid pretty quickly direct. Wondering whether it will ever show!!!

Whilst most transactions are paid for within the estimate provided, it can on occasion take longer for the cashback to be received but as soon as this has been produced, you will see this reflected in your account. So disappointed with Sky. No problem at all with the product itself, but it was installed on 24th January and so far no cashback received. It's been 19 weeks. I think it is really poor to offer such a good cashback to get people to sign up, but then take months to pay, or even possibly never pay. I only signed up due to the cash back and now feel very let down by Sky.

The estimates that we provide on the on your account are only estimates based on the previous payout speed of the merchant and it can take longer for the cashback to be produced on occasion so we do generally ask members to allow a further 4-6 weeks for the cashback to come through. Got my Sky back in January - still not had it made payable and we're pretty much in June (just a few days to go ;)) - that's about 19 weeks I only went for it because it worked out cheaper than my last deal. Anyway - pretty rubbish really. With the amount of people moaning about this - you'd think Topcashback would get it sorted

well i purchased sky on the 22nd of feb my payment is due to be paid next week if not paid i will be very annoyed and as soon as my contract as ended with sky i will be looking else were......

My cashback estimate stated 13 weeks,I'm now at 14 and no sign of cashback. Tracked and confirmed quickly but that's it. Oy a week over but I gave not had a single problem with anyone else paying on time. Come on sky!!

Hi I was about to cancel my Virgin package and move to Sky for TV, broad band and Phone but looking at the cash back reviews I don't think I will. £120 would have made a big difference to the overall cost of the package but as Sky don't seem to be paying it I don't think it's worth the risk. Don't Sky realise that not paying the cash back promised not only makes existing customers bitter but also puts off potential customers. Short sighted and disappointing.

Purchased sky on 21st January and still no cashback - unable to raise a ticket until 4 weeks after the estimated payable date which is next week! If you are going to purchase sky expect a LONG wait........ Anyone else that installed in Jan had payment yet?

My cashback was confirmed pretty quickly but has been 18 weeks now and still not payable. Sky also forgot my £25 M&S voucher so had to chase them for that recently but it was eventually emailed to me.

Sky has refused my cashback on 3 separate occasions on 3 differing products of theirs. No explanations, it should have totalled well over £250 but received £0....... Be very wary!!
