Most of the praise is reserved for how quickly members received their cashback, with some of the feedback including “tracked fine and paid out earlier than expected”, “fast tracking and, unbelievably, paid within weeks of service going live”, “tracked quickly and was also paid much faster than suggested” and “I have never had a problem receiving any cashback from Sky — very prompt”. While there is some negative feedback regarding cashback, you will also find comments praising Sky for their products and customer service. Sky are an absolute joke, I had sky installed expecting £155 cashback, I went through the order online but because I live in a flat I was told I couldn't progress further as I had to talk to someone so filled in my number on the contact form, they rang me back and arranged a date for installation, now they are refusing to pay cash back because my order wasn't completed online!!! Also they failed to tell me I wouldn't be able to record 2 programs as with living in a flat there is only one feed. Thieves!

Hi there, Unfortunately, it is stated within the terms on the merchants page that 'A customer is not eligible for cashback if they are using a communal dish'. Into the 18th week and still no cashback. s/b 13 weeks estimate?! all topcashback can say is that they are still waiting for sky and as soon as they cough up so will they & that it is still within the timeframe usually set. dont say 13 weeks then if its not going to be anywhere near that?!

We do try to be as accurate with the estimates that we provide and whilst the majority of transactions are paid within this time, sometimes it can take longer for the cashback to come through which is why we ask members to allow 4-6 weeks after the estimate, for the cashback to be received. well past the date to pay me my cash back... still no help or support from top cash back.... looks like anyone thinking of joining sky through this website should avoid.. take a look at everyone else's experience and the poor customer service from topcash back in helping people resolve this issue.. i will keep posting and up dating each week on the out come of my experience and receiving my cash back.. if top cash back wont help us get our money then well inform others of what is happening and hope they go else where to save being miss sold any sky product off this website

Estimated 13 weeks ha that's a joke now into my 17th week and still waiting, can't knock TCB for this but I think the estimated payout should be longer than the stated 13 weeks

Tracked instantly, confirmed within 2 weeks, however it's now been 20 weeks and seems plenty of people are in the same boat. With nothing but the same message coming back form TCB. 13 weeks is obviously a big underestimate of payment time.

Brought 27th January - still no cashback. Submitted a Help ticket. TCB said it was only recently confirmed, can I wait a bit longer? So 6 weeks of confirmed status is recent is it?

Ordered on 17th May, installed 4th June. Great service from Sky, very pleased with product. £75 tesco voucher received on 20th June. Cashback showing as confirmed on 21st June. We shall see if it ever becomes payable. However, pleased with service, discounts on package and Tesco vouchers, will be even more chuffed if I do get the cashback as well. Will update later if it is ever received.

19 weeks today since I placed my order and cashback still not paid despite estimated payable speed of 13 weeks. 6 weeks past that date and still waiting :/ No emails, no updates, no help in Help section apart from being told to wait. Not cool.

its been 17 weeks with me and still no cashback done my order on 22nd of febuary.. cashback as come in this month for transactions in febuary but it looks like mine was not in there as wrote to topcashback and told me to wait a few more weeks.

Dispicable company, despicable customer services, if you do get any cash back it will be downgraded, you will never get your voucher, Any problemss with Sky you will be on the phone for days not just hours.

Tried a whole of Broadband services but came back to Sky as they offer one of the best! Maybe not in terms of customer service, but I never needed them. As for cash back, it all tracked well but took a long long time to pay out. Probably about 6+ months!

Ok, so Finially will leave my review..... I upgraded to Sky Fibre last Febuary, not Febuary past but Febuary 2012. I find skys service excellent, their broadband is fast and customer service good also. However, 1 year and 4 months later I am STILL waiting on my cashback.... this I find unacceptable.

another one here, installed on the 27th Feb so has passed the average cash back date......so looking back through these reviews and everyone saying the same thing surely your averages are wrong? i dont understand how the information says We last received a payment from this merchant during April 2014, for transactions in January 2014......its now June!? im pretty sure that has changed also as i recall seeing it say received May for Feb as i was wondering why mine wasnt included. still a great deal just dont expect the cash back in a hurry

Happy with the product and with the level of cashback but disappointed it's now week 18 and cashback shown as confirmed but not yet payable. I get that it isn't TCB's fault and that the 13 weeks is a guide/estimate but frustrating to see others paid on here while I'm still waiting. Accept I have to be patient since the value is good but disappointing a major company is so slow.

Rated as 5 so this is seen and others can be warned. I was supposed to get £100 m&s voucher and cashback...not received either. This is 14 weeks later, very disappointed, only switched for the cashback as a cracking deal! Keep emailing sky and get no response not very happy.
