Sky installed in Jan 2013. Still waiting for £120 cash back. M and S voucher received from sky. First time I have ever had a problem with cash back over the years, just a warning as its never guaranteed. Lodged a claim, all details given, nothing heard.

Sky scam yet again. Took out broadband and additional tv package both of which were tracked but now both have dropped to xzero when payable. Extremely unhappy .

Whats wrong with 1/2 the people on here I have used tcb loads of times and cant fault them, I got sky about 45 days ago cashback is now confirmed and m&s voucher is recieved. I dont care if it takes 1 year to become payable is a bonus thats all. I mean you would of got sky anyway so why the rush for cashback. You carry on tcb your providing a great free service and will use many times in future.

I'm still waiting, now 15 weeks down the line, however i would have bought sky anyway, so anything free is a bonus. I received the M&S voucher for £25 very soon after getting sky, and we're very happy with the purchase anyway, I can't believe people are moaning about it taking a while, it's free.

Went through Topcashback & upgraded my Sky Package in September 2012. I was advised that my Cashback will be paid in 3 Months time but as of today ie 12 June 2013 I am still waiting. Everytime I contact Topcashback I am being told that my Cashback Issue will be resolved soon. Topcashback Customer Service is really good but Sky Overall is really bad...... Beware & Don't expect to receive a Cashback from Sky Soon....

Purchased Sky Bundle 31/01/2013. Cant fault product and received M&S Voucher after two weeks, but still waiting for CB Sky have rung me to see if I would like any upgrades - told them no until I see my cashback - they said they would look into it!!

Cashback hasn't been paid still waiting months received the m and s voucher quickly service received with regards product is ok but not great the broadband is very very slow not even 0.5 mg at times and no more than 2mg not really acceptable after complaining twice!! Would be happier if the cashback was actually paid think its another ploy to get people to sign up to a 12 month contract

They refused to pay any cashback. When complaint was placed their response was 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' which is one big lie as I the purchase was made thru TCB and finished within 5min. Disappointing.

I have been trying to sort my cashback claim for sometime. Becareful trying to get cashback with Sky. According to them they have paid my cashback to someone else ie they are saying my last click to their site was not Topcashback. They are mistaken! I'll get no luck though. Haven't seen my M & S vouchers yet either.

I joined Sky April 2012 as a broadband and landline customer. Went through Topcashback which was £100. £50 was paid initially and £50 after 6 months. I got the initial £50 but still haven't received the second installment even though I'm still a customer. Just heard from Customer Services that Sky have refused to pay it but no reason why. Good offers but beware that you MAY not always receive the full amount stated.

Clicked through to the Sky page from Topcashback and signed up. Despite this Sky has said that "another marketing channel has been credited with this transaction", so cash back has been refused. Will be cancelling my contract as soon as possible. Very poor show from Sky, don't go into this thinking they will honour anything.

Cashback did not track. After submitting a missing transaction claim, 8 months later I have been told that I will not be receiving the £80 promised as a new customer because "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale". That, quite frankly, is a load of rubbish. I followed all instructions to aid tracking (clearing cookies, completing the sale in one transaction etc.) but this didn't work. Feel conned

Expecting £40 cashback for upgrading to HD. The cashback did not track. I have logged a missing cashback claim but still have not received any cb. It has now been 4 months since I took out the HD contract.

Very disapointed in Sky for some unknown reason they promised £100 cash back as a new customer but are only paying out £50 and closed the claim for the original advertised amount.

I was an existing Customer of sky so when they offered £90 cashback for broadband and phone line for existing customers I was overjoyed. I took up this offer back in August last year and have just been told I'm not eligible and can't do a thing about it. I'm furious as the broadband service I'm getting from them is terrible. Needless to say I will be cancelling my contract in August.
