Be very careful with this retailer as it has taken months for them to come back decining cashback despite the fact the whole transaction is very well documented. TCB customer service was completely weedy when it came to standing up for the customer.

Absolutely terrible experience from both TCB and SKY. I was forced to go with sky as I couldn't get Virgin. My friend suggested this site as it would help me get some money back and save, as well as afford the bills. After reading the reviews it appears im not the only one thats STILL WAITING for my cashback and had such poor service and an intermitting service that I'm now having to folk out to leave my contract. THIS SITE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

Incredibly disappointed, went through the process as normal and the cashback claim was rejected. No help from the Topcashback crew either after Sky failed to provide a reason for rejecting the claim

Quite simply the worst experience I've had with cashback. Became a customer and while cashback shoudn't be a factor, at £100+ its very hard no to factor this in. Now Sky free and loving it no massive bills and voted with my feet. Appaling customer service and would not recommend, there's plenty to watch on freesat and blinkbox.

Like many others here, I waited 6 months to be told the cash back was declined with no good reason. Don't sign up expecting cash back!

Tracked for £50, then rejected without any explanation. After 8 months now, rejected the claim as well without any explanation.. Absolute scam.. Legal action should be against this retailer to fool customers..

Im yet another person who has been told they didnt qualify for the cashback. I followed all the steps to qualify and now 3 months later get told im not getting paid out.. £125 declined by Sky.. suppose they had to make sure I was tied into the contract before telling me I wasnt getting paid out.. S-O-B's

Over a year of chasing and finally declined. Tracked fine and definately provided the right details on upgrade. Very disappointed - just didn't deliver what was promised.

Only left 5 star as won't get seen otherwise! Worst experience I've ever had on here!, took 9 months for the cashback to come through, it was excuse after excuse! ALSO, with my sky going down 2or3 times A WEEK, the sky bill keeps going up, the customer service is atrocious, I can't record something unless sky if off or unless I am watching that channel, sky can't explain it, my internet connection is terrible, despite customer service saying it's really good, it takes 2 minuets to load a page on my brand new computer from less than 10ft away! Keep adding random charges to my phone bill even though I never use the home phone and no one rings it! always talking to customer service, who are rude! As soon as my contract ends I will not be sticking with sky, worse service I've ever had, and this is how they treat customers! No pluses with sky, my best advise would be to AVOID!! find another provider, loads of people have this service with sky, no one does with any other provider, my monthly bill is nearly 100 pounds a month and I get spoken down to! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Had to get Sky when we moved as Virgin doesn't service here. Virgin is much more user friendly and cheaper. Ordered Sky 6th July. Said cashback should be done in 13 weeks, still waiting. Did receive M&S voucher quickly though. Lose tv signal every time it rains heavy or it's windy. Internet took more than 10 days to reach its capacity.

Been months since purchase Sky, poor service from them as package we signed up for changed after a few months and we were required to upgrade, so stuck with a 12 month contract. Also still waiting for cash back disappointed on both fronts - very poor service.

Warning all, noticed that my transaction wasn't tracked on here and when I thought about flagging it up, there was an additional caveat NOT stated until I wanted to nudge (if it is i can't see it). If you get installed by a third company (you don't get a choice with this) you will NOT get any cash back. A little underhand and may will affect my decision to renew.

I wouldn't touch sky again, they entice you in with cash back offers with no intention to pay out. I have waited nearly a year and they finally come back saying declined transaction!!!!!!!!! I will be finding another provider with immediate affect! Try other providers first!

Signed up for 12-month broadband package expecting £90 cashback, which should have become payable within 2 - 3 months. The claim tracked correctly and then was declined at 'payable' stage. I lodged a claim but after almost 6 months of waiting and despite trying to sort through Sky directly and Top Cahshback, the claim has been declined again. I only signed up to Sky Broadband on account of the cashback offer. I have had almost £600 of successful cashback transactions in the last two years, and this is the first and only time I have been declined, despite meeting all of the requirements for this offer. I will never ever purchase a Sky product again and would strongly discourage others from doing the same. I would not recommend using Top Cashback to make a pruchase with Sky to anyone. Sky - please sort this out!!!!

Last Year I took out a sky bundle with the promise that the cash back was going to be £85. Sky have only paid me £20 and that was after opening a case! My case against Sky has been open for nearly a year now and still no reply or correct cash back amount! Bad service, beware!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE...the combination of cashback and m and s vouchers offered (at the time of my purchase)do not exist and seemingly don't work together. TCB make it plain that the m and s vouchers are the responsibility of sky but sky say if TCB offer it they are responsible! SO no win situation for the customer as usual with sky. I have walked away but thankfully printed the TCB and sky conditions so Trading Standards here I come.

Waste of time. Cashback was never paid. I purchased a new sky contract based on getting £90 cashback for the new purchase. After ONE YEAR of chasing top cashback they finally replied to say that they wouldnt be paying despite my account clearly recording the click through to sky.

Cashback tracked March 31, went payable a fortnight ago, but like others have experienced, said that there was a 'reporting inconsistency'! so had all but given up getting anything back, then the next day it allowed me to claim by BACS and i now have £85.85 in my account. So... got there eventually, hope others get lucky too!

I posted a comment a few weeks ago saying m&s voucher recived and cb gone to confirmed and gave it 5* well i wish i had not. Today the cb went payable I was soooo happy went to payment and it says i have to wait because of reporting inconsistency was found (what ever that means) I have used top cash back loads and all ok but the biggest purchace it says no too I have submited a support ticket and will wait to see what happends If this does not go through i will never use tcb again and go elsewhere I will post the outcome soon. (by the way its not just me this has happend to)
