Quickly logged as an earning but an age to pay out. Purchased in October received funds end of Feb. Still the deal was a good one overall but just be prepared to be patient.

Had a few problems after joining up with sky with cashback..first pending amount wrong, then corrected, then became payable for £80 less than what was confirmed as pending..very strange.However has been on payable since December and still waiting....sky brilliant though. I have noticed since joining as a plus member,things are not as good, Ive currently got 2 lodged missing cashbacks..and cashbacks not being paid as stated. Opening tickets all you get is..please wait and it will show, or we will look into this but could take 2 weeks...so never rely on cashback,bonus if you get them,and never take anything on the grounds of reliance on cashback.

It would appear your comment is only shown if you give 5 stars!! I've been waiting over 26wks now for my cashback. I've never had this sort of problem with any other merchant, just ridiculous. Plus keep getting same excuse - basically not our problem. Won't be using them again!

Dont think i will see the cashback owed. No progress made with a claim put in to topcashback. I wouldn't purchase because of the potential cashback.

Subscribed to Sky in October and cashback tracked immediately, cashback confirmed end of December, became payable today. Tracked at correct amount but then topped up to £105 to match that offered on Quidco. Bit of a wait but worth it!

Terrible. Been waiting almost 26wks for my cashback and still nothing. I've never experienced such a bad experience with cashback from any other merchant.

I have been using topcashback for several years now and in general the experience has been good. Then I decided to get sky, offering over £200 cashback. DO NOT hold your breath expecting anything great, the experience has been awful, 13 months and today I received less than half what they promised me. Time to move on from topcashback oh! and cancel sky.

WARNING********* READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING UP!************** Dear potential sky subscribers, I am writing this comment based on my experience with SKY ['Sly' if I may] . I Purchased the sky package 'solely' based on the cash back AMOUNT advertised. I waited....& waited ......& waited months went by.... came up to a year now for the cash back only to learn that as my property is a flat, therefore sky passed the contract/installation onto another company [Love Digital] but hold on?.... this does not justify the refusal of my cash back from sky does it since I genuinely signed up a long term subscription? Sky in the end refused cash back based on a fictional story that I used another cash back site [which is totally false] to make claim from. I ended up paying the full subscription monthly amount I signed up to without £0.00 [a penny] of the advertised cash back. My recommendation? DO NOT sign up. Be VERY-VERY CAREFUL! Verdict? 0/10 DEFINITELY

Cashback has just changed to confirmed 14 weeks after installation. Ordered just over a month before installation so just over 19 weeks in total for cashback to confirm. A little disappointed its taken this long but now cashback is confirmed I'm confident it'll be paid, just hope the wait isn't too much longer. It's worth noting the delay between order and installation was due to the date I moved house, not down to Sky. Very happy with the service from Sky.

Took out a package during October 2013, became trackable immediately. But yet to be paid and as gone past timeframes. Contacted TopCashback as the website states that customers received payments in January for transactions in October, told them not this customer but I keep getting told wait another four weeks. I don't think this will ever become payable despit having a sky package which costs me £90+ a month. I know you shouldn't assume you will get your cashback, but this has been a bad experience

Sky was good, installation etc done asap, still waiting for cashback, its been a few months even though i have made payments to sky. The things are deffo too good to be true, my payment is still pending!!

I've had sky since March last year!!!! And what a surprise, still no cash back!,!! I've lodge a claim but almost a year later still haven't heard anything. I don't understand why topcashback are even advertising sky when they are not paying any money!!!!!

we have been fighting against sky to claim our cashback and this has been going on now for 8 months. only then at the beginning of january did they transfer £30.30 into our account which is less than half of what the deal was.this multi billion pound company is ripping people off for the amount they charge etc, but they struggle to pay out the likes of cashback and vouchers. with all the complaints topcash back receive you would think though they would stop their offerd. never again will i be going with sky. my 12 months contract is now up..... time to change... but i will still carry on fighting for what is owed to me
