Slow to track nothing has been paid as yet. Despite contacting Sky on 3 occasions and been promised my M and S voucher is on its way . I have received nothing ! My son who lives in another part of the country has also not received anything. I am beginning to wonder if these deals actually exist !

Has been over 6 months and after repeated escalations, I have received my cashback. They declined initially saying my 3d tv product was not eligible when I had ordered for broadband. I will not be looking at Sky in the future.

Moved phone & broadband to Sky middle of October 2013 - over 14 weeks later & Sky has still not paid up. Have been with Sky before and was previously pleased with their service - seems like they've gone downhill, as their service on the phone is not what it used to be either. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that new suppliers start becoming available in my area because based on my current experience - I can't wait to leave!

Horrendous. £26 tracked and confirmed - expected to pay 13 weeks after transaction on 26 June. It's now 17 January the following year and nothing has paid. Estimated times are very poor.

well i now been waiting 12weeks and had no cash back and no vouchers. sky is really good but some things are not so good lets see how much longer it will take for cashback and vouchers to come

Not a good experience at all. No cashback received and sky refused to acknowledge account even after claim was put in providing all of the details so it could be tracked. Hugely disappointed. Topcash back a great help though.

Signed up in August and to date I'm still waiting for the payment to become payable. Kind of a pointless exercise if I'm honest will update if I do eventually get paid.

Tracked immediately - very glad to say. I was so tempted by the huge cashback on offer. I selected movie bundle which stated £147 cashback - but for now has tracked as £121. If either payout in 12 weeks I will be very happy!

Don't order Sky through TopCashBack. You're likely to be much better off going to Sky directly. Ordered a new Sky TV service on 30th July 2013 which offered a £90 cashback. It is now 11th December 2013 and still no cashback. Initial claim raised with TopCashBack in August and nudged every month since. Not the kind of experience I'd ever want to repeat and reflects badly on both TopCashBack and Sky. I will certainly avoid using either provider again, so a marketing triumph for both companies.

Paid me with no problems, took a while 12 weeks in total but overall happy. Sky service on the other hand not so good as a provider extremely slow speeds although I pay monthly subscription same as someone with better speeds and service, quite expensive. After contract may have to look again! Buyers beware. Don't like this graded system on reviews like others only let me put down 5 stars, seems a bit of a cheat.

We signed up for sky via topcashback around May 2012 expecting to receive £100. While it tracked it never converted to payable and we have just (over a year and a bit later!) been told it will now never be paid after a most long winded and drawn out support process. They will try to tell you there is a 'valid' reason but this rather bland get out of jail statement is never backed up with any detail. A sorry experience and the channels were in our opinion not worth the money but especially so without the cashback. - avoid!!

Absolute RUBBISH! Waited 20 months for my Cashback claim from Sky only for it to be declined for no relevant reason. Sky is an expensive package and the price goes up and up and up month after month. What little benefit there is signing up no longer exists so I wouldn't bother if I were you. Better TV, Phone and Broadband suppliers out there and you won't get your cashback.

Be very careful with this retailer as it has taken months for them to come back decining cashback despite the fact the whole transaction is very well documented. TCB customer service was completely weedy when it came to standing up for the customer.

Absolutely terrible experience from both TCB and SKY. I was forced to go with sky as I couldn't get Virgin. My friend suggested this site as it would help me get some money back and save, as well as afford the bills. After reading the reviews it appears im not the only one thats STILL WAITING for my cashback and had such poor service and an intermitting service that I'm now having to folk out to leave my contract. THIS SITE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

Incredibly disappointed, went through the process as normal and the cashback claim was rejected. No help from the Topcashback crew either after Sky failed to provide a reason for rejecting the claim
