	I purchased 3 tickets separately, via topcashback. None of them tracked even after 9 days, and I have now lodged a missing cashback complaint. I hope Southern Railway and Topcashback are able to resolve this, or I see no point in using them again. When this issue is resolved, then I will update this feedback with my experience.

	Always have tracked cashback with this retailer, never had a problem, which is impressive given i purchase train tickets from them every week! It's great to finally get some money back for all the money that I spend with the rail companies. Well done TopCashback!

	Cashback tracking is very erratic indeed. Sometimes there's no trouble at all and other times one transaction after another fails to track. I've submitted claims via TCB and they're being pursued - don't know what will happen yet; nothing yet recovered. I won't use them again. Train cashback generally isn't a great area it seems.

	Cashback never tracks - I always have to claim it manually. More importantly, despite spending hundreds of pounds (it'll be thousands soon) with Southern in rail tickets, I still haven't had a single penny in cashback. And that was a long way back when I started using this service. Stick to RedSpottedHanky and their reward points system. Far more reliable!

	Used them twice. Both times failed to track a cashback so have to submit the tracking of claim. 1st one is now outstanding for a month with no response from merchant

	I have used this link about 6 times recently and so far I have not received cash back once. I have sent claims to top cashback and am still waiting for an outcome.

	Tracks quickly and has always paid - sometimes slow and other times rapidly! Recommended. Their Money Back Guarantee is a good idea too, although getting the Money Back is difficult!

	Southern Railway is great, ive been using this train provider from the start of the year never had an issue with the tickets, if your train has a switchover at a station and you have to wait 40 mins for next train and you need a smoke just sayto one of the platform security theyll let you out without the machine gobbling your ticket The cashback although good has issues i haven't worked it out ive tried firefox, google crome and internet explorer it never tracks but ah well submit ticket hope for the best maybe in the future ill have enough cashback for a free train fare as southern railway has no incentives for being a member

	Chose southern railways as amount of cash back higher than trainline and no booking fee charged. However tracking is hit and miss out of 3 purchases only 1 has tracked and so waiting for Topcashback to sort out. Don't think I will use southern railways again

	Southern have no extra fees to post out tickets etc. their rainy day refund promise is also honoured i use them for all bookings whatever the train company, can't sing their praises enough

	So glad Southern are back on TCB. Had been forced to use South West which offered much lower rate and then stopped tracking altogether. Southern offer 6% and tracked in about 45mins. Nice.

	Such a good train ticket provider... Unlike others they don't charge to send your tickets or charge a booking fee. I ordered at 4.50pm and the next day my tickets were in my door by 10am! (FREE FIRST CLASS). Plus with a high rate of cash-back they are great! Site is easy to use, just takes a while to get used to. If you want to keep your seats open don't click a time!

	Used to track just fine but then in the last 3 weeks has stopped. I have raised a couple of missing cashback transactions but methinks that Southern have perhaps stopped giving it.

	I got the cashback as advertised, but their website tries very hard to put you off buying any tickets and I honestly don't think it is worth anyone's bother. The experience is up there with Ryanair in terms of frustration. If you want to buy one big ticket then it is worth it, but if you are a cheapskate like me (and let's face it, you wouldn't be here if you weren't!) then it is not easy to buy more than one advance ticket. You put you tickets in a "basket" - maximum number of single journeys in the basket is 4, although it doesn't tell you till you try to exceed the limit. Then they make you pay for them one at a time, including entering address and card details each time. Then they make you wait for at least three minutes between each purchase. Then when you try to buy more than four tickets they tell you you have exceeded your daily limit. They advertise cheap deals, but obstruct you when you want to take them up. Not good!

	I have yet to receive any cash back from this merchant, on 4 seperate purchases not one has tracked!! Also time consuming to chase cashback as require reference numbers for all!

	Still awaiting the cashback for this, supposedly didn't track, but many months on, they are still waiting to hear back from the merchant. Can't say I am impressed at all.
