The railway tickets are comparable to other railway companies.
I have made a few purchases with the merchant but no cashback so far. I have bought railway tickets with other merchants and cashback tracked no problem what so ever.
If there is some sort of minimum purchase let us cashbacker's know what the minimum spend is. Otherwise you are making purchases with this merchant and not getting the cashback and if you went with a different railway merchant you will get your cashback.

I have now booked 7 separate tickets through this merchant and only one has tracked. This is the worst tracking record for cashback from any merchant I have used in the last four years. Have used South West Trains dozens of times over the last year and have had 100% tracking - so very unimpressed with this one!!

Good website - easy to use and tickets arrived promptly. None of my purchased tracked automatically though, had to submit 3 separate "missing cashback" claims, now waiting on a reply. Agreeing with a previous poster, it would be helpful - if one exists - if the minimum purchase amount to qualify was stated clearly on TCB.

I think there must be a lower limit on transaction size before it tracks. I've tried several orders below £10, which haven't worked, but an order for £60 worked perfectly. Has anyone had success with low value transactions?

Thoroughly recommend this company for any train tickets purchase. Unlike some (eg trainline, raileasy) they do not add extra charges, and they do some good deals on their own tickets too. Very easy to use as well.
The cashback seems to be working well. Mine have tracked within a day, apart from one where I took a while to complete the order while details were checked on the phone with my son. Hopefully that will be added once the query can be submitted.

Think this is relatively new. It appears to be a much better deal for any purchases under £100, compared with the cashback work out as percentages of your purchase. Tracked within an hour of purchasing, cannot comment on payment speed just yet but hopefully to be within 90 day as per TCB's description.

Tracked within a few hours. We'll see if they pay out. However, if you buy relatively cheap train tickets, this is a far better cashback deal than any of the other train companies are offering, since it is a flat rate rather than a percentage.
