	I have made several purchases and not one has tracked. On Sunday, the cashback changed from a fixed amount to a percentage. It's the best percentage available at the moment, but if the company doesn't pay, it's worthless.

	The cost of travel is incredibly high when we are supposed to be encouraged to use public transport to help with the environment! The service, delivery and online shopping with southern railway was faultless however. Totally positive experience with TopCashBack. Fantastic.

	DOES NOT TRACK! I since have made four different transactions through TCB and not one has tracked. The most expensive journey was £15, so I don;t think it is a matter of there being a minimum spend. A shame really as I make quite regular journeys with Southern so it would have been nice to get some money back.

	Having spent (quite literally) hundreds of pounds on train tickets across various orders for several journeys of differing values, I have not once received any cashback from Southern Railway. Do not waste your time expecting any sort of cashback from them, as you won't get it! And as for their customer service, well, it's non-existent. They rarely reply to e-mails, and the staff in the call centre are rude and seemingly unwilling to help. I have had to quote their own terms and conditions, as well as the National Rail Conditions of Carriage at them when they've potentially left me abandoned in the middle of nowhere since the instructions management seems to give the staff is 'fob them off'. In summary: - Don't expect any cashback, regardless of your order's value. - Don't expect any sort of customer service, before, during or after your journey.

	I was most surprised to find the notoriously 'tight' Southern Rail as a cashback retailer on Topcashback! I was also pleasantly surprised to find that great bargains can be had for booked in advance rail travel. The transaction tracked smoothly as well, and I shall certainly be back to book with them, through Topcashback.

	It tracked the first time I used it, but failed to track on subsequent occasions. I am having to raise manual claims. Not good.

	I've bought a cheap return ticket (£2.20) to see if it would track as there is no minimum amount stated. I didn't expect it to track and I am not disappointed. I have just bought another ticket for £28.00 and it has tracked at the full price within an hour. Although I will have to wait for the amount to be payable I am very happy with the cashback offered as it blows all other train compaies out of the water. Southern railways offer the same prices as other companies, with no booking or pick up fee's. Win all around in my opinion.

	4 out of 5 purchases have tracked on tickets ranging from £3.75 to £6.95. Will continue to use providing the cashback eventually gets paid.

	First two transactions didn't track but at £3.75 each I'm not wholly surprised. Second two transaction on a later date have tracked but they were at £5.75 each.

	Had no problem with the first few transactions but now the last two have failed to track. Think I'll stick to SWT.

	I've done 3 separate transactions with Southern Railway, ranging between £5.30 and £12.55. Two of them tracked on the same day - the first of which was confirmed 48 days later. The third transaction didn't track so I'll chase it up and see how that goes. Overall, I'd say the level of cashback offered by Southern Railway is particularly good for small transactions.

	Have now used this retailer seven times, and will continue to use them, cashback has tracked quickly each time. Not sure if there's a minimum spend or not, but the cheapest ticket I have bought with them cost £3.75, and it tracked no problems. Just waiting for it to become payable now!
