Hi, took out home insurance in Jul 09 and was tracked correctly! Still waiting for Swinton to authorise this payment!! Be careful and dont expect cashback!!

Paid upfront, tracked quickly, but would have expected confirmation by now. They have had their policy money. I can understand 3 months wait for monthly payers but not when you pay in full!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought the home insurance policy back in June 2009, took ages to track and is still in the pending column ... now after about 9 months of waiting I doubt whether the £30 promised cashback will be payable. Disappointing!

After 3 months I received a £30 cheque from Swinton and about 3 weeks after that got my £30 cashback through TopCashBack without any need to chase it up so, from my experience, I would recommend.

absolutely useless i am needing home insurance now and took out swinton for car insurance, but have had nothing but hassle they WONT pay cashback (on another site: cashback rewards- avoid!) as well as their £30 cheque cashback, as saying they are the same! thick or what, but try explaining it to them and they cant help, just quote "did you use compsrision website~ as they only pay on those?!? urghh wont help so have been swindled out of £40 WILL NEVER USE SWINTON AGAIN-USELESS.

Bought my home insurance through Swinton in Nov and still waiting for the cashback - don't think it is going to materialise now despite raising a query about it - if buying because they offer the cheapest price after cashback, I wouldn't bother and buy elsewhere

Received £30 cashback from TCB and also received a £30 cheque via their own promotion. Although I never received the email attaching the form I needed to complete, I emailed Swinton and they completed the form on my behalf. Result.
