Purchased home insurance from Swintons in July09 and still no cashback,although several messages and nudges to Cashback but response is poor and not confident I will recieve anything now its been nearly 6 months.

Shame it's taking such a long time for the expected CashBack to become payable ... over 6 months now and still waiting. Am I being too hopeful??

Recieved incomplete paperwork and had to contact them direct. Cashback only appeared several months after many manual prompts. Has now been in 'Pending' so long it is now nearly 3 months overdue. Sloppy customer service with poor attention to detail and although I have kept prompting over and over again (many people would have given up by now) I STILL have not received the Cashback. I have no confidence in this company and dread the possibility of having to make a claim.

Tracked quickly into "Pending". (seperate £30 cashback offer direct from Swinton Paid after 3 months no problem.) £30 cashback in "Topcashback" stayed in the "Pending" for 5 months then went directly to "Payable"
Need patience but it finally got there - Topcashback kept me informed - well cone TC
£60 off a £90 policy must be good and Swinton customer service i found to be good.

Original policy documents were incomplete and it also took several manual prompts before Cashback was finally tracked 3 months later. Payment is now almost TWO MONTHS overdue.
Would not use this retailer again - sloppy paperwork, poor attention to detail and unreliable.

Took several manual prompts to even get the Cash Back acknowledged. Now it has been it is still well overdue for payment and remains firmly in the 'pending' column. Coupled with the fact that Swinton got the initial paperwork completely wrong and had to resend it I am far from impressed and would not use them in the future. Being on this site is NO incentive to use them.

Had to prompt several times over a three months before Cashback was acknowledged and now payment is firmly stuck in 'Pending' with payment now 1 month overdue.
Far from impressed and would definitely not consider Cashback an incentive to use this company in the future.

Had to make manual claim to get tracked and then had to phone office to get promised £30 cash back cheque, recieved cheque eventually after 3 phone calls but cash back still pending since Aug. not very impressed
