	Just got cashback after submitting a claim (just over a month after purchasing car insurance). Excellent rate and will be even better if I get their £40 cashback offer as well.

	Has anyone whose cashback failed to track, has now tracked since TCB's intervention on the 20th February saying that Swinton's "had problems but had been assured that this will be resolved" because mine certainly has NOT

	i'm still not convinced you get both!! yes mine was tracked straight away and yes i have been sent a claim form for the £40 but has anyone actually been paid both?

	I.ve also notice the change, have you also notice the promation code for the £40 is no longer available, this should'nt make any difference to our cash back (if we ever get it that is) as we purchased our insurance on that deal,tcb is also wrong we should get both i-e £40 from the promotion and £55 from tcb a total £95 in total,not one or the other like their saying.please read post, page 5 nickname Happy shrimper, and nochuftinangle as they got both.It' turning out to be one big farce.

	yes milly molly i've just noticed the change from £55 to £40!! i sent email to tcb to query the likelyhood of getting £40 of swinton AND £55 from tcb they thought it would be one or the other so i've not sent off the £40 claim form from Swinton, hope i've made the right choice as it is showing as pending on tcb!!!

	Has anybody else noticed that the cashback now offered on the Swinton page is £40 and not £55? When I took out my car insurance, Swinton's website offered £40 cashback which should be paid out within 90 days of the policy starting. Swinton through TCB was offering £55 cashbackup till a couple of days ago, which I read to be in addition to Swinton's £40. Can anybody shed some light on this? (Maybe I should just have went to Confused.com as that's what I am now...) ;)

	Took out this motor insurance on the 26th January and it is still pending, I did submit a missing claims and was told that TCB are onto Swinton. Fingers crossed we will all get our money. Don't think i will use them again if this is the hassle you get.

	what i can't understand is why some people who have used swinton over the last couple of days have had their cash backed successfully, others like my self are still waiting.I've posted a complaint to tcb as yet still waiting for a reply Will not use them again.

	Unfortunately Swinton have one of the WORST records for their cashback tracking successfully, so it's not surprising that there are a lot of negative comments about them. Some people may have favourable views about Swinton - the rest of us can only hope that TopCashBack can get our manual claims resolved (which wouldn't have been necessary if Swinton got their act together in the first place).

	Still awaiting tracking (see previous post) and submitted missing commission claim to TCB 19/02/09. TCB acknowledged missing commission claim 20/02/09. Just sent them a nudge as still no word from Swinton. I smell a rat... Has anybody who has taken out car insurance from 1 Feb received anything back from this shower? If so, please post!

	NOT TRACKED AFTER 5 WEEKS, or after manual claim. Annoyed as swinton offered £40 cashback through their site days after I took out motor insurance. You cant cancel under 14 day cooloff either without charge (as they are a broker the CR said)

	Cashback showed next day for end of April - so some of the glitches are ironed out! Also got promotional email next day too - so if this all comes off, the deal's winner. Will keep you posted!
