	I got TopCash to chase the cash back which they got sorted with in a couple of days. So far so good. Now shows as pending, will have to wait to see if the cash back does actually get paid.

	This one took 2 months to appear and I had to nudge TCB to get it. On the other hand the sister company for bikes registered in hours. Maybe a glitch?

	Status now 'Pending' following a missing commission enquiry and form sent to claim £40 cashback from Swinton's. Thanks are due to both TCB and Swintons for an excellent deal. Swinton's website wouldn't display the policy details and just 'locked' the PC. However, Swinton's staff were very helpful and efficient and emailed them to me instead.

	Made application on 11/02/09. My claim status is now 'pending' following a Missing Commission Enquiry via yourselves. Your interventions have been prompt and effective but am not impressed with Swintons and question their committment to TCB site and its customers.

	Took out motor insurance with this provider - after 2 weeks cashback had not appeared. However, when urged came through within a day. All in all - good

	Purchsed 12th January, 8 weeks later 11/03/09, still not tracked. Manual claim still not tracked after 5 weeks. Beware of purchasing just for cashback, on plus side, cheap policies.

	Online application very efficient, all hard copy documentation arrived in Post next day, Cash-Back has tracked OK, so just pending payment. This was the first deal I've done, so quite impressed so far?

	Took about 10 days for the tracking to appear on my account and currently still pending. Hopefully I will hear something more in the next few weeks

	I was a bit worried at first because it took over a week to register cash back even though the purchase was on my profile the next day. It has now been changed and I am awaiting status to go to paid. Great news!!!!

	had to chase but only took couple of weeks after that to show. £55 cashback on £120 policy. excellent value

	£55 Cashback now showing as pending after TCB intervention, so hopefully will see ££ soon! Will post here when this is actually paid. Still awaiting info from Swinton re the additional £40, again, will keep you posted.

	Tracked straight away. Remains to be seen whether or not Swinton give you the £40 TCB amount AND the £40 cashback on their (Swinton's) website (offer currently online). Worth a try for just one £40 cheque though!

	This transaction was fast to be tracked after i had previously had to launch an enquiry into a missing Swinton Home Insurance claim. Not paid yet so can't comment on speed of payment.
