Might be about to cancel policy as paperwork says higher excess than I thought I had accepted on-line despite checking carefully.
Had same problem with home policy,but decided it must have been my mistake. Take care!

Failed to track but submitted claims form and it was sorted very quickly. Its showing as tracked so fingers crossed that it will become payable.!!

When i first did the transaction, it did not track, i put in a missing cashback enquiry, and a little while after that it shown up on my account, but it has been in the pending stage for about 4 weeks, so i'll have to wait and see how long it is before it becomes confirmed.

Insurance purchased 23rd Feb 2009, didn't track.
Manual claim and 2 nudges to TCB hasn't produced any results. This is the 1st time I've used TCB..Not impressed.
