Unfortunately Swinton 'never received' my proof of no claims bonus, cancelled my policy and charged me handsomely for the pleasure. Therefore no cashback.

HOORAY!! Exactly 7 weeks from taking out my Car Insurance
with Swinton, my £55.00 cashback has finally tracked.
Had almost given up any hope of receiving the cashback,
and the insurance policy seems a lot better deal now.
So to those members still waiting for cashback, don't

Getting realy fed up now,motor insurance Still not tracked despite manual claim and three nudges sent to tcb, realy feel tcb should'nt have swinton on their site if their not prepared to fulfill all their offers to all their customers not just a certain few?.

Nudged TCB 16/3/09.
Still not tracked as of 22/3/09, after 4 weeks.

Car Insurance not tracked after more than five weeks - still hoping that TCB can sort it out but doesn't give much confidence in Swinton. Just received an email from Swinton saying "We like to reward our customers, that's why we are giving you an extra £30 off your home insurance." Hmm, should I believe them???

O dear still waiting, four weeks now since i took out my motor insurance,commission claim and two nudges sent to tcb still no sign of tracking. What i dont understand, as i've said in a previous post is why some peoples track straight away and others like me are waiting weeks?.Will think twice before using again.Wished they was as long winded taking the money out of my account.
