Did not track purchase for over 3 weeks. Now awiting to see if payment is received and if so how long it takes to come through. Tracking did appear on my account quite quickly after TCB snt my enquiry to Swinton

Disappointed that I had to submit a claim for missing cash back.however, as long as it becomes payable then the overall price for the insurance is very good

Had to submit a claim, but got it in the end. Very pleased with cover, was £20 cheaper than my renewal anyway, just waiting to see if I get the extra £40 cashback from them too......

I'm new here, but seems to have tracked ok. Local branch confirmed by phone within 12 hrs, policy docs on doormat within 24hrs. Email form for Swinton £40 cashback arrived and duly returned...Lets see what happens! Used firefox for transaction.

Although it took a while and a message to the TopCashBack website to claim the cashback, it's reliable. Now I am waiting for the transaction to be confirmed. As it's my first time use it, I am quite relax about it as this site communicate very well.

Failed to track but it is now showing after filing a missing claim etc. Insurance quote was cheapest and came with a £40 cashback from Swinton also. Very happy as having been a nominated driver for 20 years, I was dreading having to take out insurance in my own name. Thanks to Topcashback, it sweetened the pill considerably.

I DEALT WITH SWINTON FOR THE FIRST TIME IN JANUARY, BECAUSE OF THE £55 CASHBACK OFFER.AFTER I'D PAID FOR THE MOTOR INSURANCE THEY FAILED TO AKNOWLEDGE THE CASHBACK. I THEN ASKED THE TOPCASHBACK TEAM TO CHASE THE CLAIM, WHICH THEY DID,PROMPTLY,AND THE MONEY IS NOW PENDING. NOT IMPRESSED WITH SWINTON.

We bought the Business card insurance in January, nice to know there is a local branch. Paperwork received in good time for insurance to start on the 5th of Feb. We received the email re how to apply for £40 cashback directly from Swinton. As of the 3rd of March, the cashback hasn't been confirmed yet with top cashback and haven't received cashback from Swinton yet. But these things take time...
