My broadband speed has been brilliant. I can stream 4K on youtube/Netflix including HDR content without buffering. Great price for the service I've received 5 months in. Glasgow based.

The broadband itself is fantastic, quick connection and great speeds. The estimated cashback wait is 19 weeks, and now 22 weeks after signing up I'm still waiting so beware if you choose them for the cashback deal

Purchase was tracked very well. However I am still watining for the payout to be 'payable'. It has been 6 months since my purchase. Do not use this merchant if you need the cash quickly. The amount did seem to be too good to be true.

I initially went with TalkTalk due to the cashback deal. I had previously been having issues with my phone connection and left Vodafone as they kept saying there was no issues with the connection (called to report this on a daily basis for over ten days). TalkTalk could see there was a fault in my line, sent an engineer out and was sorted within two days. Fantastic service and the connection is great too.

Despite it being several months after my payout was due, I still have not received it. Talk Talk are absolutely useless to deal with, no customer csre/service at all. Avoid them.

17 or so weeks later still not paid out contacted topcashhback many a times just get told the same excuses . Massive company like talk talk and topcashhback and they can't work with each other to payout what's fine wrong

Do not assume this merchant will honour any cashback, mine was rejected even with a dispute case. I dont get it, I guess they are not to be trusted...

Took a contract out with Talk Talk via TCB on the 16th November 2019. Changed from Vodafone, because of the incentive of £110 cashback, it's now 25th January 2020 (10 weeks on) and I still have not received the cashback, despite it being confirmed.
