Didn't receive the £90 Cashback, put in a missing claim with topcashback, nothing done, also my broadband keeps cutting out, especially on a Sunday, most Sundays actually and my contract is nearly up thank God lyn

If I could have given a negative vote, I would. Arranged for phone/broadband service on 12 May, confirmed on 26 May that everything was OK and got an email the following morning to say the order was cancelled because they couldn't port the telephone number over. Called customer "services" and got a very rude and argumentative woman who told a host of lies and then said they didn't want me as a customer as it was nothing to do with the telephone number, but the broadband speed which they had already confirmed time on my order. Unbelievable!!!
