Still yet to receive my payment after 4 months. I have followed this up 3 times with top cashback and have received nothing more than a generic fobbing off response. I work in finance payments myself and how it takes 4 months to process payment in this day and age is utterly beyond me. Very frustrating.

The cashback should've been payable 5 weeks ago. The claim has been opened as i'm due £100 cashback. I won't be using them in the future and won't recommend it.

Not great at all cashback tracked at wrong rate and I had to open a claim, it’s not the first and seems won’t be the last, I’ve also had cashback refused so beware if you rely on the cashback to beat other quotes, it doesn’t always happen

Would have been 5 stars except the initial payout was less than expected. Paid very fast (less than 8 weeks) and the claim for underpayment was resolved in about 3 weeks.

Worse service in my life. Placed a order for broadband around 10pm only to receive a email early next morning saying my order is cancelled because I requested to cancel?! Decided to give talktalk one last chance and this time I apparently fail the credit check. So 2 hard searches on my credit file after being accepted the first time. I’ve made a offal complaint almost a month ago and have yet to receive a single response. Truly the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. I received texts and a letter via post after I supposedly cancelled confirming the installation date and time as agreed when I placed the order. Direct debit was all upset. Meanwhile I’ve still not got a clue what on earth they’re playing at. Since gone with Sky without any issues except cashback tracked a bit lower than it should of. I have cancelled the direct debit talktalk had setup on the boardband that I apparently cancelled (I very much doubt the phonelines were even open 11pm to 7.30am if I did actually want to cancel.
