Rubbish. Ordered T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S3 on 27 Jun 2012. Didn't track and after claim and much nudging the claim has been rejected:
"I’m afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your missing commission claim, no information in helping to clarify as to why this decision has been reached has been provided but we would like to provide some possible reasons…"
I believe the statistics for Tesco Phone Shop on this site speak for themselves. Couple this with my poor experience of ordering through Tesco Phone Shop and getting the insurance activated - I will not use the merchant ever again even if they offer the best deal
