tried to buy on tescos site twice inputting all personal details.it came up twice with malfunction please contact an 0845 number.not acceptable.

Tesco refused the cash-back after 3 months of pending. On contactig them, their service team said they didn't know anything about it!!
Recieved a faulty phone and if you order on-line you must await a courier to pick up the item if you need to return. Totally inconvenient for people who work full-time! I took a day off work and the courier did not turn up!
Also, the £100 voucher offers appear to be a scam - did not turn up and customer services have not told me why after 3 emails.
Terrible - I would not recommend to anyone.

Impossible to order online if you have gone through cash back site, just get a screen that states order cancelled then have to phone and they then take your order over the phone! Rubbish! waste of time...

Could not get cashback as was Tesco Phones only lets you buy contract by ringing them (for iphone) so cashback impossible to earn in some cases with this retailer.

Tracked quickly, good cashback, circa 5% of total contract. Ordered 13th Dec @ 22.00, received today 17th (even with the snow) @ 14.00. Thank you Tesco Mobile Shop & tour couriers. Have used before and will use again. (Just waiting on the £25 Tesco giftcard and 1000 points now!)
