I have had a big problem on my Motorola Razr. It came on Tuesday 3rd Jan from Tesco, and it had the big sim and not the micra sim. Contacted Tesco, but they were not interested, said that it is not there problem. Sent them repeated emails saying that as they have sold it to me, them it is there responsibility to sort it out. I need it for my business, plus do not have the time to sort it out. There is no doubt that I am being charged for the privilege of having a phone that I can't use. All I can say is that there customer service is totally useless. I have now having it picked up, and returned. So I am not a happy man.

Took out new phone contract in February 2011 and STILL waiting for cashback to materialise, despite numerous chases etc. Not impressed with the cashback service, but cannot fault Tesco Mobile itself..

Finally got an order placed. Tried 2 visa debit cards. Did not complete. Then on third attempt used a mastercard credit card. It then tracked! So they only two things I can say, either Equifax can't check visa based current accounts or it only checks credit cards and ok's them only. After all this trouble, the Cashback better track.

What is the point of a cashback offer when it crashes on the last hurdle? Topcash sort this out or delete the offer as it never ever goes through without asking you to call a 0844 number. Absolutly useless!!!!!!!1

I found a good deal with Tesco mobile but when I tried to find the same deal through the TCB link it wasn't there. Be aware of this.

Just experienced the same problem as other customers, Tesco website crashed at the last hurdle so now I'm going to visit a store to ensure payments don't start coming out of my account! No criticism of Topcashback but I advise others to steer clear of this deal

tracked afer a few days as said to be payable end of december but now gone to zero with no answers from top cashback or tesco very dissapointed thought these guys were number 1 guess not would not recommend either of them.........

I was a bit nervous about trying to place the order online after all the negative comments from topcashback users although the topcashback offer was too tempting to ignore. However everything went through smoothly as I used the online chat advisor who ensured the transaction completed. Just hope the cashback tracks through now. So my advice would be to use the online advisor.

Like many other reviewers for this cashback, I have completely failed to purchase a phone/contract via the Tesco Mobile site because right at the end of the ordering process it crashes out and tells you to phone them. It would appear that the ordering system is trying to allocate an already-allocated phone number for the new order(s) - the same one each time incidentally - and hence the orders are failing. Of course, the Tesco Mobile customer service reps don't really have anything to do with the online ordering, and are certainly not aware of the concept of cashback sites, and so you're stuck between a rock a hard place to get it resolved. Oh, and you're charged regardless even though the order doesn't complete. Avoid.

Tried to get cash back deal and as many of people have said got all the way to the end, they take card details then you get a "system malfunction message please call their 0845 No" got fed up so had to order over the phone. I mentioned cash back deal to the lady I spoke to and she didn't know anything.. Then 7 days later noticed they had taken the payment for the phone twice!! (from online and over the phone) so check your statements.. will be speaking to topcash back to see if they will help with getting cash back that is due..

Really happy with the phone (galaxy mini) and the £10/month contract. The £35 pound cashback is the icing on the cake. I'll definitely use tesco mobile and topcashback again. Ruth.

Complete agreement with the other reviews. Just spent over an hr tryingf to order a phone on contract for my son. It will not take the order and customer service were not much help at all

Good offer and good monthly rates with Tesco Mobile, but cashback a disappointment. Did not track after I had to complete order on the phone for no apparent reason. Manual claim took weeks to get "confirmed", and still not paid after 6 months and several enquiries and nudges. The promised 1000 clubcard points were given, but only after a call to customer support (despite my clubcard number being on the system already). Tedious!

I purchased an HTC Wildfire for my son in October last year and put him on a 2 year contract. I was told that the phone had a 2 year warranty and so was happy that everything would be okay is a problem arose within the contract. How wrong I was. A couple of weeks ago the phone started to do weird things, like dialling random people, sending unwanted characters in text messages and constantly hanging. I called the store where I purchased the phone but they made me call Tesco Mobile Support, who in turn made me call HTC !! HTC then got me to send them the phone, but after nearly 2 weeks said that I had tampered with the phone and it would need a new screen and motherboard !! At no point have I ever touched the phone and am really disgusted at the accusation. All I want is my son to have a working phone for his 2 year contract, and to have Tesco take ownership of the problem. I am now having to go through the legal route to try and get this resolved, as well as emailing Phil Clarkes office direct. If you want my advice, please DONT buy a phone from Tesco.
