Over 5 months and my claim has been rejected. I only bought through tesco phone shop because of this cashback could have got a better deal elsewhere. Why are topcashback still allowing them to advertise?

3 Months still awaiting cashback for mobile phone contract!
VERY VERY POOR AND NOT JUST TESCO PHONE SHOP BUT TESCO AS A COMPANY IN FULL.
PEOPLE ARE CATCHONG ON TO YOUR UNFAIR TRADING TACTICS - THATS WHY YOUR PROFITS ARE DOWN!
BEWARE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Terrible, will not renew with them. Completely agree with previous comments about website crashing whilst simultaneously telling you cashback is only available on internet deals.
I managed to complete transaction in the end, £100 cashback tracked but was then reset to zero and declined with no explanation.

It's too good a deal so the the service provider 'declines your purchase' at the end of the checkout - so why offer the deal in the first place? By not completing, Tesco Mobile just makes this punter angry. This punter tells all his mates not to use Tesco Mobile. Eventually the Directors of Tesco Mobile who show such contempt for the customer will get sacked. Serves 'em right. BOYCOTT TESCO MOBILE and get a useless Fat Cat sacked! Spread the word.

Tesco have failed to push this along. I have been waiting for almost six months now to receive cashback. Would not recommend. Tesco seem to fail to realise that this impacts on their brand name. I wish they would sort it out.

Just a note surrounding the many Tesco Mobile "I never got my cashback" comments below....
The post does clearly state that ** Tesco Mobile is not included in cash back offers **, hence why your orders crashed. Tesco Phone Shop sells a range of networks, not just Tesco Mobile.
Cannot fault Tesco Mobile; best network I've ever been on, friendly UK call centres, knowledgeable staff, excellent deals, reliable signal and no cold calling. Thumbs up.

Brought iphone 11th jan, received on 13th, faulty touch screen. called customer service 14th, was told they will send me a return envolope and the handset will be replaced. the envolope arrived 19th jan, sent it back the same day before 2pm. called them today 24th jan to ask whats happening, customer rep (Tony) was very rude and eventually cancelled the contract. Hope i get my money back without any charge. Beware of Tesco Mobile.
