Waiting since October 2011. Utterly unacceptable both on the part of the AA and TCB. If I had known it would take so long I would have gone elsewhere; and next time I will.

After d waiting forever, and despite it appearing in my account as tracked, the cashback was denied.
I will be giving this one a miss in the future, I'd suggest you do the same, unless it's a good deal WITHOUT cashback.

Purchased in Oct 11. Cashback has tracked, but still awaiting payment. Please don't consider AA cashback as reason to purchase from them. I have no confidence it will be paid after all this time. All I can do is sit and wait!

Avoid at all cost. Tracked showing cashback amount of £00 made enquiry cashback altered to the correct amount £35.40. As soon as it became payable reduced to £00 again.Come October the AA have lost a home emergency insurance customer for sure.

Absolutely the worst cashback service I've had yet, 11 months now and no cashback. No effort to contact me by TCB, and no sign of them making any movement with the AA to get me my £50 cashback. Utterly awful service.

Took out max cover joint policy, on the basis of £50 cashbook offsetting the cost a bit. Cashback traced fine until approaching payment due, when changed to £0. TCB been brilliant about chasing them, but end result refusal. Put me off using AA again in principle - bad form, lacking integrity

Cashback tracked but did not pay. Complained, reinstated, and then declined again. Don't bother unless it's cheapest anyway, as I followed all the rules as usual!

this is the longest I have waited for cashback, bought breakdown insurance in sep 2011 and still waiting for cashback 6 months later, the rac was much quicker in paying their cashback! they are quick enough taking your money, if they don't want to pay it out they shouldn't offer it in the first place! it will make me think hard before I use them again.

I will not be renewing with the AA - my cashback tracked at £26 and now they have removed it. Disgusting.

Initially cashback tracked at correct amount in September 2011 but within after a couple of weeks changed to zero. I had been fighting to get it back until mid february 2012, when to my surprise it reappeared and was confirmed. To accept the amount I had to close the claim which I did in good faith on 24th Feb. To my utter dismay having had the amount confirmed I checked my account today and find it has disappeared along with my patience. To think if I had taken the policy through another company I would be the proud owner of a cute little meercat. As has been said on tcb already as my claim is over 100 days old I don't know if I will ever see the money.
Remember tcb say don't rely on the cashback being honoured. Now we know why The A.A has such huge profits.

Complete waste of space. Waited months for this, now nearly half way through policy, and the AA have declined the cash back without providing any reason. Beware, sign up at your peril. Rest assured I won't be renewing. A con if I ever saw one :-(

Like the last person, I purchased car insurance from AA because they offered a good deal with the cashback on 17th September 2011. It was initially awarded but later zeroed. I submitted a ticket & it was once again awarded. I find out today that once again zeroed but this time as the claim is over 100 days old, it will not be accepted. For everyone else out there considering AA because of the cashback, be aware it appears to be little more than a con to get the business. Once bitten, won't be back with them.

Cashback didn't track and then declined by the AA. Don't bother they are really a waste of space. The RAC didn't track in the past but they at least investigated it and gave me 6 months free cover in lieu of the cashback. Avoid The AA.

Beware dont positively rate this site until you actually get the cash. After waiting since September for car insurance cashback I have been told for the 2nd time that it has been refused although it tracked straight away.Cashback declined in December and then reinstated after a claim and then declined again in March.Total waste of time.Apparently I must have clicked through a different site (which is bull as they have all the correct reference numbers on record) yet they cannot tell me who. Wont renew with them and will cancel Roadside recovery with them in April after being with them for over 15 years. Its a shame Topcashback dont do more to fight our corner and just accept the decision given to them with their tails between their legs.

Cash back claim rejected even though I completed on the yearly subscription. (Claim ticket rejected)
Can only assume it was all rejected as I ordered it to start a few weeks after I took out the policy. Recommend if you trying to get them to pay out you don't do anything slightly complicated or you might confuse the AA and then you get nothing ...

What a joke this merchant is. Bought home insurance policy, and although i received £19 cashback, it was well overdue, so cancelled policy. Then bought breakdown cover,in OCTOBER 2011. Cashback tracked ok and showed as payable 31 January. This date came and went with no sign of cashback. So i have now cancelled breakdown cover also. This merchant has an extremely poor track record over cahsback payments. But topcashback are to blame 100%! They are aware of the problems with this merchant, yet they continue to advertise 'deals'. I will be reporting topcashback to the relevant authorities and certainly wont be using the site again. Be warned, as far as i am concerned its just a total sham and somebody is making a lot of money out of this. Utterly useless!!!
