My transaction was tracked on 19th Sept 2011, it tracked quickly, but over 4 months later it still isn't payable. Not happy with the speed at all.

i purchased the top end breakdown cover middle of august 2011.Tracked very quick and has become payable today £50.50 20th jan 2012 so took a long time to come through but if you don't mind waiting i would go for it

For the same price of my renewal for the RAC who I have been with for 7 years!! I got better cover with homestart included and cashback too! There is no customer loyalty so always shop around!!

Same as comments below..... Bought in Aug 2011.... Expected £60 cashback in Nov, but still nothing on 17th Jan 2012. TCB have said the money will be with me as soon as they receive it, but thats no confirmation whether The AA will actually pay up, which if it goes anything like my experience with cashback from KwikFit, i'll still be waiting two years later. Just remember.... all recent (mid 2011-now) comments paint the same picture.... no cashback fromThe AA

Have just puchased joint cover for the wife and I roadside and nationwide recovery for both of us as drivers aor passengers in any vehicles with the extra bonus of 1 years free home response for which should be after cash back £53.58

Got my breakdown cover in July expected to wait but its now January and the trade hasn't even tracked. Manual claim submitted in October, still nothing from AA nor a reasonable explanation or apology from Topcashback. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND DODGE THIS LOT OF SHYSTERS!!!

Have taken out 3 different covers with AA between June and August 2011. Tracked quickly, and became confirmed within a reasonable length of time, but it is now January 2012 and I'm STILL waiting for the payments to become payable! I am not impressed with the time it is taking. Do not take into account any expected cashback when comparing insurance with other retailers - I certainly won't again!!

Bought the cover on 31st August 2011 it was tracked and confirmed and said would be paid by 30th November. 12th January 2012 and still no sign of cashback!!! tried in vain on several attempts to get information!! be very wary of this cashback will not use again!!!

Tracked successfully, but have been waiting for 15 months for Cashback. Have sent approx. one nudge a month since then, no response from either TopCashback or The AA. I'm a very disappointed customer. Have since left The AA and won't be going back.

Having taken the AA break down service on the 6th july 2011, I have been very disappointed with the time taken to pay me my cashback, I still have not received anything from this Company. dated 10/1/2012.

Now 6 months for breakdown cover cashback and still in dispute. At the time of purchase, the AA paid cashback on annual and monthly payments. They declined my cashback and then added that they only pay cashback on annual payers. I have also been waiting 5 months for cashback for car insurance. I would never base an AA purchase on the cashback offer. To the AA, why get involved and make offers that you don't keep to? Utter rubbish!!

Beware of Topcashback and the AA Transaction tracked after chasing TopCashback Still no payout over 6 months later , then a status posted saying declined by merchant (AA) no other reason given. I met all the T's C's for this and purchased the product correctly.

Extremely slow at paying cashback. Bought cover in August, still waiting in January for payment to come through despite being confirmed for a long time. Not inpressed with repair cover, policy not worth the paper its wrote on. Breakdown cover very good however.

Purchased in July 2011 AA have declined my cash back twice! and reinstated once and have declined to pay again on pay out day apparently because of a rule that came in 3 months afterbmy purchase useless don't expect to actually get any money from the AA USELESS!!!!!!!!!

Will NOT use AA again. Went through Topcashback and started the process. At the end payment stage, website crashed. Went through to AA by phone explaining what had happened. Told me that payment hadn't gone through but to finish over the phone and cashback would still be given. Waited for 3 months and then put in a claim. No reply. Nudged several more times but nothing ever came of it. The AA obviously can't be bothered with customer satisfaction!
