	Been waiting for 7 months for cashback Went via TopCashback as thought payout would be quicker since it’s TopCashback. Unfortunately 7 months later I’m still waiting and every time I contact I get told to wait u til it’s payable. No explanation of the delay or when it will pay out. Will stick to more well known compare sites from now on

	Waiting and waiting My purchase was January 24 the website and confirmed payment said 8 weeks I realise these things take time as I regularly use Topcashback I raised a ticket October 24 as still no payment and Topcashback paid me promptly

	Had to query incorrect amount but Customer Fixed it, in less than 24 hours. Had to query incorrect amount, after wating a few months to become payable but Customer Fixed it, in less than 24 hours. £76 was made payable. Thank you TCB.

	Delay in pay out This cash back took longer than normal to pay out but was eventually received. A pleasant surprise after thinking this was my first disappointment when using Top Cashback.

	Complete rubbish I waited a year for the cashback and in the end they paid me £4 less. Never again. I do not recommend.

	Full cashback received in 2 payments The first payment was within a couple of weeks, second payment about 6 weeks after that.. Full amount was in excess of £160 Very impressed, will use again

	Excellent service Paid out amount I expected at the time I expected. No issues at all and I am pleased with the overall experience. In my personal experience, I prefer TopCashback Compare to Quidco Compare as TopCashback allow you to raise a claim if your purchase does not track whereas Quidco Compare does not allow you to do this, as I discovered much to my annoyance and anger.

	Took broadband deal using the compare tool. Took broadband deal using the compare tool. 10 months on, still no cashback and still showing pending. Surely, Topcashback can get hold of their share of the deal from the provider.

	Save a Fiver on Fibre Good cashback rate, on an already competitive price. I enjoy using Compare for multiple goods and services. It makes changing supplier easy, taking out needing to do the legwork yourself. New provider is Now (Sky spin-off). Switch was quick and painless. Cashback tracked without a hitch, going to payable ahead of schedule.

	Faultless I went through TopCashBack Compare and selected a home insurance quote that was cheaper than everywhere else, purchased it in May and for the first 10 weeks, it tracked as £0, pending uplift and on Friday suddenly switched to ready for payout. My only gripe was despite the request going in before 7:00AM on Friday, I had to wait until the following Monday to receive the cashback - this is a minor gripe as everything else worked the way it should!

	Terrible Used this to switch my Broadband, mid November 2023 with £76 cashback on offer together with £100 Amazon voucher. Amazon voucher came through but, 7 months on, still waiting for the cashback which they claim takes approx 13 weeks. Try raising something with TopCashback and you can't get past a message telling you it's been "slightly delayed" Shame on you.

	Scam It's been 8 months and still 'pending', despite the T&C's saying it won't take any longer than other retailers to process. Given it is a 'Topcashback' own brand offer, you'd have thought it would be incredibly straightforward to get this one paid out quickly. At this rate the entire broadband contract will be up by the time anything happens with this cashback.

	Don’t bother It didn’t track, so I raised a ticket. A full calendar year later they have offered me £44 in lieu of the £197 originally advertised. Wish I’d read these reviews before I went through with the purchase!

	Do not Trust the Rates Advertised I went through 'TopCashBack Compare Broadband' to get my new broadband. I purchased the most expensive top-of-the-range broadband product which was advertised as £197 topcashback. I had to chase TopCashBack from Jan 2023 until April 2024 for the full payment. In Nov 2023 after a lot of chasing they paid £89 (less than half what had been advertised). Five more months of chasing and they finally just said that they will not be paying the full amount. The advertised rates are NOT what they pay, and you still have to chase for a very long time to get even a fraction of what is advertised. I mistakenly trusted TopCashBack and now feel utterly conned. Never again!!

	Missing cash back for over a year I have been waiting over a year for the cashback on 'topcashback compare broadband', I have sent several 'nudges' with no success. this was a 'topcashback compare broadband', therefore their own site. Absolutely disgusted with the service.

	Doesn't track until you raise a ticket then won't be paid. I do not recommend using TopCashback Compare Broadband as first of all it didn't track and secondly it's impossible to prove anything to them. They come back with the nonsense you used another third party to make your purchase. No I didn't. Thirdly there was a big amount of cashback involved. All my big claims were declined this past year even though I've used Topcashback for over a decade. These persistent failures are discouraging me purchasing anything through them.

	Avoid It has been over a year since using them and still no cash back. It hasn't even tracked just says waiting for the retailer. I do not recommend this service and would look elsewhere for cash back on utility deals. Avoid.
