	Be prepared to wait (and fight for your cashback) It took TUI 15 months to pay out on my cruise purchase despite me sending many messages to the TopCashback team; they of course did their best. It seems that TUI was reluctant to honour my cashback despite it being a completely legitimate claim

	Never pays out I live in hope of getting cashback as i had it years ago but now it always declines...4% would have been great but 2 days later declined. No reason why as I checked t&Cs. I booked straight away, allowed cookies and used no discount code.

	Unacceptably long delay The cashback offered by TUI was a deciding factor in choosing to book a holiday with them instead of a competitor. I booked the holiday in Feb'23, for an Easter break early April'23. Whilst I understand TUI wanting the holiday to complete before honouring the cashback, it took until May'24 and many chase requests before payment was finally made.

	Will not pay cashback Bought in Sept 22, had to raise as untracked but would not raise this with Tui until after my holiday in June 23. At this point cashback was classed as pending but this was at less than the amount tui advertised I would get. May 24 they have now declined the cashback. No reason given and I did go on this holiday so no reason it should of been declined. They are trying to con by advertising 4% but they will not pay out. Take a screenshot of the advertised amount so you have proof as they will try any thing to not give you the advertised amount.

	Disappointing It has been over a year since we paid for our holiday in full, our claim was rejected several times despite being tracked and no vouchers being used. TUI may use this site to attract customers but I would love to know the odds of them actually paying out.

	Cashback declined after over a year wait Had a holiday with Tui using topcashback at the time of booking. Waited for over a year only to have cashback declined for no reason. Not impressed.

	Don't expect any cashback Cashback declined for no reason at all, I did all the right things by clearing cookies before I booked, I've just completed another holiday with TUI and I expect that will be declined as well.

	Never received a penny Purchased a family holiday to Florida and was due supposed to get £97 cash back . Several support tickets were submitted but tui did not respond to any ofthem or make any contact with myself at any point. Would not recommend

	Still waiting........ Spent over £12,000 on my honeymoon with TUI and that was booked and paid for 7 months ago. We have since got married and been on the honeymoon but still the cashback just says 'confirmed' even though it's supposed to be payable within 12 weeks! Doesn't look promising does it?! Looks like they only want to pay out on smaller amounts? Happy to take my money though!!!

	Rejected cashback - £180... Spent a significant sum on a summer holiday. Had to put in a cashback claim as didnt track, 6 months later they rejected it. Have only ever had problems with large cashback amounts over the years - funny that!

	No problems here Booked a last minute cruise in January. Cashback tracked without any issues and payable mid March (within 6/7 weeks) . Just waiting for my M&S e-giftcard

	Do not trust TUI - they will NOT pay out Despite clearing cookies and changing my IP address, I clicked through to Tui from TCB. Guess what, it didn't track and so I made a claim. TCB confirmed that I clicked through from them but TUI declined because somehow - God knows how - they believe I did not click through from TCB. This is dishonest behaviour and you have no right of appeal. Avoid Tui. This is not the first time that I have had this happen to me.

	Hardly ever tracks then declined Never had straight forward tracking and payment from them. Either doesn't track and claim declines or if i claim and it gets sorted takes forever to pay up and topcashback end up sorting. Will try avoid now.

	Didnt pay out Used TUI for holiday in 2023 via Topcashback, they said it didn't track. Waste of time submitting a claim. They lost must custom on this years holiday because of it and will in the future.

	Not happy Not happy with TUI. We booked a cruise with them after being tempted with there offer of 4 percent but when it was supposedly tracked by TC it was only 2 percent. Which means we were £100 short so am absolutely disgusted with them

	TUI never paid out Booked 2 holz towards the end of 2022, cost around £6000. I went through TopCashback as everyone usually always pays out, I don’t mind waiting as it can be a nice bit of extra cash. This has been ongoing for over a year now yet TUI wouldn’t pay & refuse to say why. We book with them in good faith & they should not be able to get away with this, it’s dishonest.

	Don't bother as they won't pay Can't give 0 stars. Scammed out of cashback - they said TCB was not the last click to their site despite proof from me it was. They don't care. Just lost a £60k booking (large family anniversary trip) due to this as a point of principle.

	Denied Cashback Rejected cashback claim of nearly £200. Predicted this would be the outcome and despite have evidence to prove the purchase was made after going through TCB. Had to wait 5 months only for them to reject it.
