	Not happy Not happy with TUI. We booked a cruise with them after being tempted with there offer of 4 percent but when it was supposedly tracked by TC it was only 2 percent. Which means we were £100 short so am absolutely disgusted with them

	TUI never paid out Booked 2 holz towards the end of 2022, cost around £6000. I went through TopCashback as everyone usually always pays out, I don’t mind waiting as it can be a nice bit of extra cash. This has been ongoing for over a year now yet TUI wouldn’t pay & refuse to say why. We book with them in good faith & they should not be able to get away with this, it’s dishonest.

	Don't bother as they won't pay Can't give 0 stars. Scammed out of cashback - they said TCB was not the last click to their site despite proof from me it was. They don't care. Just lost a £60k booking (large family anniversary trip) due to this as a point of principle.

	Denied Cashback Rejected cashback claim of nearly £200. Predicted this would be the outcome and despite have evidence to prove the purchase was made after going through TCB. Had to wait 5 months only for them to reject it.

	Cashback declined - what a surprise! After months of chasing, cashback refused as TCB not identified as the last referrer! Screenshots taken at every step of the booking process but no link according to them! Be nice to see a positive outcome in the reviews but not this time! Strange how it always seems to happen when there is quite a substantial payment due!

	I feel like I've been scammed Booked our break at the end of January because of the cashback offer, and made sure I followed the proper protocol to get the cashback. The cashback didn't track properly so I raised a claim. TUI didn't reply for 10 months(!!!) and they rejected my claim - I feel like I've been scammed honestly as the whole reason I booked with TUI was because of the cashback offer. It's absolutely disgusting!

	Never again Shame I can’t give it zero. Cash back never tracked, holiday ruined by not having our luggage the whole time and TUI not helpful in the slightest. Complaint is still ongoing and we went in July 2023! Will never used them again! also declined my missing cashback claim. What a joke!

	Disappointed Ten months after booking my holiday and cashback not even tracking, my missing cashback claim has been refused. And to add insult to injury, I caught Covid on the outgoing flight!

	Liars who refuse cashback claims TUI have turned the cashback claim down saying the booking was not made via TCB, which is utter lies as everything I but goes via TCB. £12k holiday and they weasel out of £100 cashback. They've just lost a 2024 booking for £15k. AVOID

	Great holiday, but cashback still not processed after almost 8 months Went on holiday in April to Egypt with family for the first time. Had a great time. The only issue is my cashback earned via this site has still not moved to payable status after 9 months. My order ID is 19292764.

	Was Great but going down hill Getting Cash back from this retailer used to be easy, straightforward and enjoyable. But in recent year or three and especially lately, the effort to get your cash back from legitimate claims, is getting harder and harder. Top cash back tells me that it is all the retailers fault so I must believe them but, the obstacles put in the way of paying out these claims, do not always seem to be down to just the retailers. Some claims I make, never show up on the TCB site, until I write in and ask why. Other claims that are legit, Get turned down or declined - at first and then I have to push the legitamacy of the claim to get it paid out, once nearly 3 years after the initial claim

	Dont bother, shouldnt be on the system I see why they dont payout until you have flown, however for them not to payout for 3 months after and only after you have made 2 complaints is a disgrace. TUI should not be on this system if they choose not to payout - simple.

	Waited for 7 months my claim still in pending with TUI Great holiday but my cashback track was unsuccessful, so I have to submit a manual claim. It's been SEVEN months, and it still shows waiting for the retailer! Absolutely NONSENSE!!!

	TUI is terrible at paying & when it does it’s not the amount as advertised TUI is terrible at paying & when it does it’s not the amount as advertised. The only way I received some of the cash was because I reported the issue to Top Cashback who was very quick to obtain some of the cash as advertised. My overall impression of TUI and the advertised cash back is awful.

	No Cash back received Purchased a holiday back in feb 2023 and used top cash back and then did not show via my earning page. Logged this with top cash back and it stated I visited the page when I went through missing cash back steps. It stated that I had to wait till my holiday was complete to receive the earning. No money still received via earnings (same with my daughter but she used her account) and top cash back stated we didn’t use topcash back to book the holiday and tui would not pay out. Which is a lied. What a coincidence this also happened to my daughter using her top cash back account. Very disappointing

	Very disappointed I booked a holiday in Feb 23 which completed in May 23 and it is now November and I have still yet to receive the cash back. TopCashback have chased it for me but no joy yet. Very disappointing.

	Cash back refused It was put on ice the day I booked the holiday. After my holiday , it was declined as TUI said I didn’t purchase via Topcashback. A year later how can I prove that it was? Surely as it was put on ice until after my holiday, isn’t that proof I booked it via Topcashback?

	Still no cash back I foolishly assumed the cashback would be pretty much immediate- why shouldn't it be? However over 2 months later and it's still 'pending'. Seems from these reviews that it may never be paid. Why can't they pay quickly?
