	Don't depend on this...they don't pay out I clearly used the link, as it showed up on the browser title bar. I bought the holiday in one sitting. No codes, no cookies etc. Didn't track, and declined the claim. Since the cashback amounts of large holidays are so high, it is clear they don't want to pay out. Don't bother expecting this payment from TUI and don't let it influence your holiday choice.

	Avoid - Doesn't seem to want to track I wonder why Avoid, terrible. Big holiday and surprise cashback refused... chased and over 2 yrs. Wouldn't expect your cashback and TCB need to check the percentage payout on this merchant as I bet they are lower than most.

	Rejected payout again This time TUI claim that TCB wasn't the last referrer, even though we used a new browser and went directly through in 15 minutes from the click. Not a surprise from such a dishonest company.

	Always pay Always purchase holidays via top cashback and Tui have great cashback offers, payable a few weeks after your holiday. Excellent.

	Never pay cashback Have booked loads of holidays with TUI through topcashback. They always make an excuse that topcashback wasn,t the last click and always decline.

	Disappointed Never received amount owing for around£100.Looking at reviews it's obvious they pay out to some,but on this occasion,I'm thoroughly disappointed with both merchant and TCB's excuse,which took nearly a yr to come to a conclusion.Im due another holiday in July, so expect excuses again around June 2024 for claim associated to that one.

	Avoid as still waiting nearly two years Still waiting nearly two years for cashback... Didn't track and no update since raising a support ticket. Avoid using topcashback with this merchant.

	Tracks quickly Transactions with Tui usually track within the hour and are payable roughly about 10/12 weeks after return of holiday. I have on occasions had to put in a support ticket but usually rectified quickly.

	If I could give zero stars I would. I booked our TUI holiday through TopCashback in June 2022, offering a 4% discount to the Canaries. We are now in February 2023, they have still not paid out anything, despite my comms for the past 8 months and this week they have said they are disputing this with the retailer AGAIN. This is totally in breach of contract. VERY POOR SERVICE, I would NOT recommend TCB or TUI! Very disappointed!

	I usually have positive experiences with cashback, but with TUI it turned into a bit of a nightmare. It took 6 months to get the cashback added to my account, after which TUI promptly declined it anyway. I really wouldn't rely on the cashback when making a purchase decision on a TUI holiday, it's left me very disappointed with TUI.
