	Poor customer service is what you get from these Had to put a claim in it was declined, don't use these people as they don't advertise their trips correctly and give you the right information. Very poor customer service, I would get more help from a break wall.

	Had to put a claim in Very hit and miss with this company, sometimes it tracks straight away and sometimes not at all. The operator cancelled my trip anyway with less than 24 hours notice so I wasn't at all pleased, tried to make a complaint to Viator but they didn't want to know.

	Used to track.... not anymore! I used to read the reviews of Viator not tracking and wonder what the hell people were talking about. Now I know. It never tracks anymore. Thankfully, as it's always 100% refundable, I wait a day or two to see if it tracks and if it doesn't, I cancel and book via AVIOS and get points there instead.

	Maybe I got lucky? My cashback wasn't tracked so I wasn't very hopeful that putting a claim would work. However it all came through (after the event had taken place) and was paid out very quickly.

	Do not use! I wish I had read the other reviews first. Does not honour cashback. I could have got better deals on my purchase with different companies, but chose to use Viator because of the cashback deal at the time. Very misleading - I met all the criteria. Though it seems like I'm not the only one who has been caught out by this!

	Waste of time going through this merchant I have booked several trips recently, the first one tracked immediately but none of the others did. I have had to put in claims but I'm not very hopeful of getting any cash back. I made sure I cleared my history before going through to Viator from TCB so there should not be a problem but let's see if they honour my claim or not ... I don't think they will.

	Seems a common theme.... The appeal against the lack of cashback fell on deaf ears. Strange - cashback seems to track from all other companies I use over the last few years, so why would I do anything different for viator. Payout was going to be £85 .... TCB say they would investigate if they have enough evidence that the company are unreliable, so not sure when that point will be reached.

	Do not use this company Every review since November 2023 is one star with the same comments that cashback has been declined. Topcashback respond to missing claims that they can't challenge Viator's refusals to pay and to clear cookies etc. I am not new to TCB and fed up they advertise companies cashback who clearly don't pay out.

	Refused cashback - seems to be a common problem!!!!! Cashback didn't track and Viator claimed transaction was not initiated through Topcashback. It definitely was initiated through Topcashback and seems it's just Viator not really wanting to honour the promised cashback (£50 in my case!). BEWARE

	Never pays cashback, will not use again As like other users I been a regular topcashback user for years and I know exactly how to ensure things track properly and this transaction was done properly. Viator rejected my claim as many others have posted. Topcashback should not be advertising cashback which cannot be claimed which is in fact fase advertising.

	Don’t bother with them Purchased a few trips whilst I was in Thailand using this link and none of them worked, claiming they weren’t tracked. Absolute waste of time.

	Didn't track Having been a regular topcashback user for years I know exactly how to ensure things track properly and this transaction was done properly. Viator rejected my claim for non payment on the basis that I'd 'used another third party website' to buy my £100 tickets from them, which is simply not true. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

	bad clearly the links are not working, I booked all my Vietnam tours with them, non was tracked, after several weeks of back and forth still they said it was not done via Top Cashback. Horrible experience

	Did not honour cash back I booked a boat trip and did not receive my cash back from either TCB or viator contacted both and Viator said it was booked in dependantly even tho the booking is there on the App and TCB said I didn’t log it which isn’t true as it’s there registered on my account

	trip advisor company but rip off i have used this company now 4 times with cashback and only ever had cashback once. last time telling me i need to clear my cache when order was done over my phone. i wont use again
