I purchased a VM cable bundle for my new house in June and it did not track at all. After waiting 7 days as stipulated, I submitted an enquiry via TCB, and until now (5 months later!) with approximately one nudge per month, it's still on "Waiting for Retailer". I don't think I will ever see my £60 cashback at this rate. Very disappointed.

Made a sale in march which didnt track after a lot of hassle i was able to put in a claim my contract is ending in 16 weeks and i still havent been paid waiting for merchant is the thing i see ive almost given up on the ideal ill get the cashback but wont use tcb for virgin media again. Another popular site i used in 2009 for virgin tracked and cleared in a week got the cash within 2 months tcb makes me wait 9 months and still nothing. I ask for an update in june july sep and oct still waiting for a reply This puts me off using tcb as sales dont track then we are waiting month if not 1yr+ to get the cashback and like i said the other one would never allow its members to wait this long i will use that from now on

My broadband is excellent, as was the amount of cashback (as quoted on topcashback.com). Customer service up to my my broadband and phone line was great and I am really happy with my fibre optic broadband! As well as the cashback I also got free installation, making this an excellent buy :)

VM is an excellent alternative to SKY, if you have cable available. The box itself is well designed and quiet - especially after the noise of the cheap fan provided in the SKY+ box! The remote if good to look at, but some key buttons could be placed better. Only downside so far is the lack of the Sky Interactive service. I had heard this was to be included during the late summer, but still no sign.

Went back to Virgin after a year with sky. Sky just cant compete in terms of internet and content/ pound HD services are limited but who really cares?

Over 2 months and the cashback has not even tracked. Orderd Cable TV, Cable Broadband & Phone package. Was expecting £65 but not a penny so far.

Nearly 6 months since my order and still no cashback of £60, indeed not even showing transaction, now asking for customer reference number after all this time waiting...don't have customer reference number only order number and transaction date.THIS SEEMS LIKE RED TAPE TO ME HOPING I WILL GIVE UP!!!I have given them all the information they need to process this cashback all I can say is that I'm sickened at being riped off.But I'm not giving up just want others to know of my experiences....BEWARE.

I have been waiting since March and still not even tracked, they say it is because i do not have a customer ref number, but i have supplied the only numbers i was given which was a customer order number which i am told is not the same.How can i supply a number i was not given.I have supplied the invoice that was sent to me via email what else can i do.If Virgin do not want to give cashback then please do not offer it.

ALL OF YOU who have posted negative comments here (and against other retilers).....please vote and rate accordingly (i.e. 1 star or no stars) so that others can avoid these retailers at ll costs. I've noticed that Virgin, e2save, mobiles.co.uk and others are getting really bad press and it really helps reading other people's horror stories and basing purchasing decisions on them. TOPCASHBACK - I think it's about time that you start chasing these retailers with a bit more vigour or remove them from your website if their average ratings drop below a certain level or they continue to get negative comments. We assume that you are in business to help the consumers (i.e. us) and not for the retailers. If you continue to ignore nudges or just don't get anything done about missing Cashbacks, then it's going to be your loss as people will go to other cashback sites

Still waiting for a May transaction to track. "Awaiting Retailer" has been the status for 2 months. Wouldn't mind but Virgin are an expensive option for phone anyway, but it's not worth getting tv without the phone as that's even more uneconomical. Won't use them again once my contract is up. Oh and they've just put the prices up after only 3 months too!

went for full cable sale on 10th april 2010. still waiting for the £120 cashback 4 months on. topcashback and me have yet to hear from virgin about it at all after all this time. doubt if we ever will somehow. terrible. would be nice if this could be chased up with a lot more vigour now. have currently lost all hope.
