I'm still waiting for £65 cashback from November 2008. Tracked ok but as soon as it became payable it went to £0. No explanation and still waiting. If they were going to honour the cashback I think I would have had it by now. It's a shame as the broadband service is good.

Excellent service. Ordered V+ service on its own at start of March and appeared as pending immediately. V+ delivered at start of April and cashback payment has appeared as payable 5 weeks later.

Hi All, now waiting since Aug 2009, YEP NEARLY 9 MONTHS!!! Sent 9 nudges, 2 messages and still no info on when or if I will ever get my cashback!!! DONT USE VIRGIN IF THE CASBACK IS PART OF THE DEAL!!!! Total CON!!!!!

Did not track - had to manually put in a claim, when i did this they were offering 160 - not this has been reduced to 120 - let see if I get 160 or have problems like others
