Totally disapointed . Cashback has gone down to zero. A missing cashback requires I identifry the date I clicked on. Without the £60.oo Virgin do not giv ethe best deal. But Ican live with this But the real disapointment is the topcash back proceedure.

Fast tracking and fast payout. Only downside they upped cashback to £150 three days after I signed up at £130. Positive experience though.

Still waiting for it to be confirmed. I missed out on £65 due to the 'Continue to merchant' tab not showing when I wanted to place my order - no 1 tells you that you could've accessed it by going thro non-cable sales. Pretty dumb really. I said I'd not get the full £130 and altho TCB have said I should,I'm still not holding my breath!

Having placed the order for the Vbox+, I received a call from a Virgin Agent on a mobile phone wanting to take payment for £75 for the Vbox, which could not have been taken on-line. I was not willing to give details of my credit card over the phone from a man on a mobile. He became very rude and was not willing to pass my complaint to a Manager. He basically said, no credit card - no Virgin media!!!! I understand to qualify for the cashback, the process has to be done wholly on line and this is not the case with Virgin Media in this instance. What is the point as I know for a fact that I would not get the cashback, as this has happened to me before with other merchants. Be Warned!!

Virgin contacted us promptly after we placed the order vis this site but stated in their email that the installation charge was £99. I checked this link again and it clearly stated a £75 installation fee for the V+ box. We replied querying this and have heard nothing since.

Rubbish, waited ages for payment whilst tracking at £60.00 then when it came to payable it tracked as £0. Waiting for a missing claim to be submitted!

Been chasing cashback since November. Virgin also refusing to honour first 2 months free service offer. Virgin also left us without internet access and e-mail account for 2 weeks (before Christmas). Part of reason was the "official" virgin engineer installed a "cloned" modem (and left explaining that the reason why he couldn't get a connection was because the Virgin server was down). We eventually obtained and installed a modem ourslves but Virgin still insisted on charging us the £35 installation feed otherwise they would take us to court! Virgin readily admitted their mistake but wouldn't lift a finger to rectify. We're now working through trading standards and OFTEL, to address the issues with Virgin. They "imply" that they have a huge Virgin caseload! Oh...and the virgin cable download speed isn't noticeably faster than our old virgin phone line....

have submitted a missing cashback claim for the outstanding £65 as i only got half cashback confirmed. Topcashback are saying it was not £130 at all and the £65 is correct. I told them its now £65 but was £130 at the time i ordered. But they are saying it was not. Not impressed. Anyone else had any luck?

Tracked quickly at the advertised £150, but it's confirmed 2 days later and changed to £130 - anybody else had this? Or Topcashback do you know why? Thanks

After a tense few hours with no record of the transaction on TCB and a blank email from Virgin (that's another story) I now have a tracked amount of £150 in my earning's "Pending" column. Hopefully this will now go through without any further issues. (PS Thanks to Christie at Virgin Media for helping me sort out the issues there).

My has confirmed at £65 also. Plus, I can't believe they've raised it to £150 now! I should've waited a few days!
