Same here too - £160 expected and only £65.00 confirmed have opened up a query with TCB. Will be cancelling if not corrected. Proceed with caution folks.

Ditto the £65 cashback logged instead of £160 as previous post. I made the decision to get Virgin Media based on the £160 cashback so will cancel if it isn't corrected.

Great rate of cashback (£100) - tracked and confirmed very quickly. have had a few problems with the TV and internet but customer service v good. Got an engineer oot within 24 hours at no charge and replaced V+ box. Internet ppl called me back and talked me through wireless installation for 1/2 hour.

I've been waiting over a week for this and it still hasn't tracked. A manual claim has been made. Also, i did it when it was £150, and a week later it's £160. D'oh!

been waiting 3 months + for the manual process of this cashback. My advice is do not count on any cashback, as you might never get it. Better to get a cheaper deal elsewhere, as virgin are expensive compared to ADSL.

Hi, took out non cable Broadband and should be expecting £60 cashback, Jul 09!! Sent 9, YES NINE, nudges, still waiting for cashback!!! DONT USE VIRGIN, DONT DO AS PROMISED!!!!!

Some people may remember the old NTL days (I too was a customer back then on and off), but FEAR NOT - the new Virgin Media is actually very good! Binned my expensive BT landline 2 years ago and now I just have Virgin broadband (which has risen steadily from their cheapest 2Mb package where I could reliably get 2Mb, then free upgrade to 10Mb and I can reliably get 6Mb which is excellent). I had no problems with installation or billing - its all gone very well and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Was expecting £150 but only trakced at £65. Message on website saying was error and would be corrected but after two weeks put in missing cashback claim for the outstanding amount. Topcashback are saying it was not £150 at the time I signed up and the £65 is correct and that the error message did not apply to me. Was definately £150 as was weighing up whether to go with Virgin or elsewhere, but worked out with the cashback from Virgin would more than pay for itself over a year so decided to go with them. Topcashback say I am wrong and wont take it further but I know it was £150 otherwise I would not have signed up. Now I am worse off and wish I had gone elsewhere.
