Many TopCashback members have left positive feedback for Vodafone having purchased from them through us. One customer says they would highly recommend them for great cashback deals, while another describes the network as being great, saying the “customer service has been faultless for me”. Our members also describe how they have had no issues with Vodafone, are very happy with them or had no trouble transferring their number from O2, while one calls them a “great phone company”.

Customers also appear to be pleased with both the amount of cashback they have earned and how quickly it has been paid, with comments including “would recommend as the cashback deal I got was effectively worth two months of line rental” and “this has been the fastest cashback I’ve ever received. From the date of order to withdrawing the funds, it took less than three weeks”. Another review points out that the author’s £101 cashback reached payable status before they had paid their first monthly bill.

Although being rated as one star on Trustpilot, there are four and five-star reviews which commend them on everything from their customer service to their coverage and signal. Positive feedback highlights the fact Vodafone resolved issues one customer had, while another reviewer states they have two lines with them and have never had any problems.

Other reviews talk about the fact that their 4G and 3G has been strong and fast, no matter where the customer has been, while one reviewer says they have “been with Vodafone for over 20 years and always found their service to be great”.

I have been waiting for topcashback to respond to this since July have sent three nudges this seems a con as I have done my bit and ordered it through topcashback to get £151 back and I am still waiting for it seem like topcashback don't care about their customers. Shocking treatment I am thinking of going to trading standards as I have been done hook line and sinker.

i have just purchased a nokia mobile phone on a vodaphone contract. i have not received the phone yet,but the cashback is already in my account! well done topcashback and vodaphone. i will not be dealing with anyone else!

I purchased an 12 month sim only back in jun 2011. The cashback of £15 showed up but when I logged back into my account a week later and it was at zero! I lodged a claim and it has now been 5 months with several emails but no word. TCB is saying that they are chasing the claim but no update in last 5 months. Be careful.

I purchased an 18 month contract back in April 2011. The cashback of £150 showed up but when i logged back into my account a couple of days later it was at zero! i lodged a claim and it has now been 7 months with several nudges placed but no word. Hopefully hear something soon as other people seem to have gotten their cashback eventually.

I signed up for a sim-only deal on 20.50 and £121 cashback. Before going through I did a track test and then signed up for the contract. The tracking suggested average of 4 hours, but tracking did not appear the next day either, even when I got the order confirmation from Vodafone. After 14 days gone, I sent claim enquiry to TopCashback. This transaction still does not show/appear in my cashback earnings and its been over a month now. I have done other transactions with Phones4U and Banana Republic,and they have successfully tracked and shown the amount as pending. But unfortunately the vodafone transaction (which was my first with TopCashback)has yet not appeared and I am beyond my 14 day trial period now. I just wish I could have realised a glitch within first 14 days, at least I could have cancelled my contract and gone for something different. I thought I should share my experience

did not track at first, but did eventually get paid, so all good. TCB need to improve their email system as I was not informed my claim had been accepted and I had been paid. Overall a very good cash-back amount.

This is shocking how vodafone can get away with not paying out. Topcashback dont seem to care I have submitted a claim back in July after three or four nudges I have heard nothing. I have been a great customer of topcashback and this is how I get repaid. I am getting on to my local trading standards it seemed they dangle the £150 carrot only to not payout SHOCKING!!!!!

Before purchasing a £15.50 12 month Vodafone contract with £70.70 cashback, I was sceptical because all of the bad reviews. I contacted TopCashBack about the failure rate of Vodafone cashback and they assured me the poor reviews were from a minority of users and the majority did indeed get their cashback. They said I could write my own positive review when I get my cashback from Vodafone, so here I am!

I ordered my new contract phone on Sept 11th and it became payable on the Oct 26th. Because it was for a large amount (£150) I thought it would take ages to come through so I'm really happy about how fast it has been.

Very happy with this retailer! Switched from Orange to Vodafone due to the massive £150 cashback offer, and didn't take long to become payable. Bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 and so far no problems with service, although battery doesn't last very long. Thank you very much Vodafone :o)

Twice, a completed sale for a sim only deal was cancelled by the retailer. The first time so called 'technical problem' second time, just didn't receive any further communication. When I raised a query with customer services via email, they ignored me twice. After persistent emails, they finally replied saying I should call the helpline. Totally ignorant staff. Was about to give up on Vodafone but about a month later another offer came up and hey, it actually worked. I got the sim but we'll see about the cashback (need to wait 3 months)

We had problems with cashback tracking and then disappearing. However, filling in the cashback claim form through TopCashback quickly led to the cashback reappearing. The cashback due (£155) was paid into my account within six weeks of signing the contract with Vodafone. Much faster than many other providers. Very happy with the phone and service so far (apart from the Blackberry messenger service going down for the past couple of days but that's not Vodafone's fault!).

Be warned - you probably will not get your cashback. My experience would take too long to explain. Do not rely on the cashback when making your decision.

My cashback (£100) never tracked and as like many people I feel as if it was never going to. Vodafone got me to sign-on as a customer, but my experience with the cashback means now that my contract is up it's time for my PAC code. Ciao

I had difficulty understanding the customer serive people because they were not native English speakers. I believe I was talking to people in Egypt. This caused problems with my purchase which I am still sorting out.

Terrible cashback! I am still waiting for £90.90 for over 5 months! Sent a claim in and apparently still waiting for the merchant to come back. Would not use again!!

Well, for all who are worried about cashback, mine has now changed back from 0 to the £70 it should have been. Must say, in the end, it paid out. Seems it goes to nil and then will change again after 3 months of contract. I didn't think I'd see this but was wrong - well pleased.
