Many TopCashback members have left positive feedback for Vodafone having purchased from them through us. One customer says they would highly recommend them for great cashback deals, while another describes the network as being great, saying the “customer service has been faultless for me”. Our members also describe how they have had no issues with Vodafone, are very happy with them or had no trouble transferring their number from O2, while one calls them a “great phone company”.

Customers also appear to be pleased with both the amount of cashback they have earned and how quickly it has been paid, with comments including “would recommend as the cashback deal I got was effectively worth two months of line rental” and “this has been the fastest cashback I’ve ever received. From the date of order to withdrawing the funds, it took less than three weeks”. Another review points out that the author’s £101 cashback reached payable status before they had paid their first monthly bill.

Although being rated as one star on Trustpilot, there are four and five-star reviews which commend them on everything from their customer service to their coverage and signal. Positive feedback highlights the fact Vodafone resolved issues one customer had, while another reviewer states they have two lines with them and have never had any problems.

Other reviews talk about the fact that their 4G and 3G has been strong and fast, no matter where the customer has been, while one reviewer says they have “been with Vodafone for over 20 years and always found their service to be great”.

10 months after purchasing my new contract I am still waiting for my cash back - extremely disappointing as I am a vodafone customer of a few years standing. Have sent several nudges but nothing has happened.

Still waiting for 2 x separate Vodaphone cash backs totalling £100, from February 2012.No updates from Vodaphone or TCB since despite numerous requests. My feeling is that they publish high value cash back figures to grab your attention then simply fail to pay. I'm sorry TCB but its the last time I use you.

After 3 weeks of trying to speak to Vodafone about an order for 2 sims (tracked straight away) was told it was stuck in their system and it must be something Topcashback have done so couldn't process it, even though I had telephone numbers allocated, all very bizarre so cancelled as the only other way was to reorder and lose the increased cash back rate that had been applicable at the time.

Would use Vodafone everyday - Top cashback is rubbish no claim is settled without having to continually track it yourself. Then when they finally agree to pay what they advertise they ask for a tip - my tip is deliver what you advertise

12 month SIM deal tracked quickly and paid quickly too - all within about 6 weeks. Was sceptical after reading the reviews, but now £30 has been paid :)

Should have received £100 casback but despite constantly raising this with Top Cashback nothing was ever received, I was cheated and won't be using Vodafone again.

Did not track despite clearing cookies etc. Put in a manual claim nearly 2months ago. Hope they pay as it was 150cashback and am stuck in a 2 year contract

I have taken two contracts for small business contract. Both my contracts have not been tracked even after a week. Waiting for the TCB to check with Vodafone. Not fast in tracking as it did for others.

Not happy, not topcashback's fault but typical of vodafone, awful company, awful people, over-priced + over-rated. only stick with them because they are the only company with coverage here. hoped to get some cashback after years of being ripped off by them, should have known better. I can't wait for o2 to cover my area.

I had very bad experience with Vodafone. For sim only contract I took and they didn't pay my cashback and I contacted through TCB customer support, according to them Vodafone is saying that I returned the product, but that is not true I am still using. I have so many friends using Vodafone. Not even a single person satisfied with Vodafone connection or customer support or with vodafone site. 100 % sure not even a single person going to extend their contract. Most of the times I experienced Vodafone site is not properly working. There are so many problems and customer support is not resolving. I suggest not to go with Vodafone. I didn't get my cashback and also there are so many issues with the connection. Very poor coverage.

Absolute con !!!! ordered iphone 4s nov 2011, tracked ok,then vodafone decided to string it out as the cashback at the time was £100. Last month.... They decided not to pay me, thats after about 6 nudges, several moans about slow payment. Their reason for non payment??? Transaction happened too long ago. Poor service by them, extremely poor service by TCB, What an absolute shambles and con. far cheaper deals were available on a straight purchase. Had i have thought for one minute 2 reputable names such as TCB and vodafone would pull a dirty i would have gone elsewhere.

DON'T DO IT. I was lured in by the fantastic cashback amount. It took a while to get but they paid up in the end. However, I am at last coming to the end of two years of the worst mobile phone service I have ever encountered. I live and work in London and I struggle to get any signal 50% of the time and the data service is even worse. During this time I have used an HTC Desire HD, HTC Incredible S and an i-phone 4. Terrible terrible experience and THAT is why they offer the large cashback, it's the only way they can get any business because nobody will recommend them and nobody stays with them.

Awful - did everything correctly including clearing cookies but sale with £70 cashback did nkt track. Five months later and still no response. Vodafone CS is also useless for technical queries and problems such as online account access problems. If your claim does not track then forget it because this retailer does not play ball.

Apparently Vodafone's website was down when I first bought my order, therefore, they had not awarded me my cash back. I still proceeded with the purchase and transferred from another provider but 3 weeks on and I am still having problems connecting to their network. I have been on the phone to them everyday and whilst their Customer service team is quite helpful, I am still having a lot of issues with my connection including internet connection. I have had to try to claim for my cash back and advised vodafone that my original order was through this website so they should honour this!!! :(

Have been a happy Vodafone customer for over 5 years so made sense to upgrade to my 4S with them. Saw they had a deal for £20 cashback to upgrade so was a no brainer. Wrong! No cashback even after nudging, had to resort to twitter to get a reply! Will stick to being a Vodafone customer but won't bother with their cashback!
