Many TopCashback members have left positive feedback for Vodafone having purchased from them through us. One customer says they would highly recommend them for great cashback deals, while another describes the network as being great, saying the “customer service has been faultless for me”. Our members also describe how they have had no issues with Vodafone, are very happy with them or had no trouble transferring their number from O2, while one calls them a “great phone company”.

Customers also appear to be pleased with both the amount of cashback they have earned and how quickly it has been paid, with comments including “would recommend as the cashback deal I got was effectively worth two months of line rental” and “this has been the fastest cashback I’ve ever received. From the date of order to withdrawing the funds, it took less than three weeks”. Another review points out that the author’s £101 cashback reached payable status before they had paid their first monthly bill.

Although being rated as one star on Trustpilot, there are four and five-star reviews which commend them on everything from their customer service to their coverage and signal. Positive feedback highlights the fact Vodafone resolved issues one customer had, while another reviewer states they have two lines with them and have never had any problems.

Other reviews talk about the fact that their 4G and 3G has been strong and fast, no matter where the customer has been, while one reviewer says they have “been with Vodafone for over 20 years and always found their service to be great”.

vodafone, taken out two contract phones at the same time totaling £230 tracked at this amount for 2 weeks then went to £0, not happy , so i called vodafone and it turns out that i am well within my rights to cancel both contracts with them if the money is not paid to me at the 3 month period, result!!!

Please do not rely on getting cashback from this retailer...they appear to promise the earth and then renage on the deal. Mine, like many many others tracked at £150 and now has gone to £0 after only a couple of weeks, which in itself is strange as it's not payable until you have had your contract at least 3 months. Missing commission claim raised...I do think TCB should review their relatinship with Vodafone! Nothing on here is guaranteed but surely it should have an element of truth to the offer??

AVOID. I ordered the £15.50 sim-only 12 month contract with Vodafone and expected around £70 cashback. This initially tracked ok but then became 0 payable which apparently means that Vodafone have declined giving me cashback. Phoned Vodafone customer services and initally told me aload of rubbish as they didn't seem to understand how topcashback works then he went and spoke to a 'supervisor' and insisted they have nothing whatsoever to do with cashback sites!!!! A blatant lie but what can I do. Have submitted a claim but I don't hold out much hope :(

Took about one and half months to get my order sent out after a bit of nagging and changing a phone but it eventually got there. They did keep me informed a lot so I'm grateful for that.

I'm another that took out a contract with the promise of cashback, which tracked initially, but was zeroed some months later for no good reason. I meet all the qualification criteria, chased topcashback often, but got no reply or explanation. It's just not cricket. My advice, don't trust Vodafone's cashback offers.

The same thing has happened to me. Order was placed direct through Topcashback. Initially tracked correctly at £150 but now showing zero. I have submitted a ticket so I will have to wait and see what happens here. If no payment is forthcoming I'm not going to give up!

got phone ok but then vodaphone rejected the cashback claim after 3 weeks even though all was set up. initally thought in for a fight hover vodaphone customer service was excellent. didnt pay cash but put the 90.90 direct on to my bill so very happy and surprised

DISGUSTING! I read other peoples comments after placing the order and wish I had gone elsewhere, tracked at £150 then payable at zero - such a con. When my contract is up i will NEVER use vodafone again. AWFUL!!! dont be tempted by the cashback as you wont get it!

The cashback offered by vodafone here is not genuine, I just tried to purchase a sim only deal, you can't complete the purchase if you click through from topcashback. A vodafone representative tried to tell me that I had to buy first then make a claim from topcashback after making the purchase. Even though it says that cashback can be earned by shopping on the vodafone website as you normally would. I pointed this out but the rep responded with some nonsensical answer. Very disappointed, hope topcashback doesn't continue to advertise these deals as they are not actually available. :(

Shocking is not the word... First time i tried it tracked then vodafone cancelled the order due to a 'technical error' Second attempt has not yet tracked (done 2 days ago) and vodafone don't appear to have any record of an order :-( TOTAL RUBBISH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I have the patience of a saint and this experience has driven me crazy! Wish i'd ordered with Virgin like my wife did, ordered on Sat, phone arrived Mon. Tracked ok etc etc.

Both my husband and i applied for Vodafone contracts using a top cashback link. Mysteriously both failed the credit checks online but when we called our applications were accepted. Of course going via the shockingly bad call centre bypasses top cashback and presumably means that the deal currently showing at £150 (as it was when we applied for a new contract)will eventually track to zero. And i thought Orange was bad!

My strong recommendation is to keep clear of this retailer! I logged on to the site through Top Casback and sure enough there were a range of monthly contracts offering cash back if I committed over the next few days. Please note that similar deals are still advertised on that site. The site identified the best deal as £120 cash back for an outlay of a little over £20 a month – this on top of mobile, text and internet usage seemed excellent value. I pressed the button to connect to the Vodafone website. Top Cashback passed me to Vodafone where I completed the application form. A few days later a new Vodafone sim card arrived which, with the help of the Vodafone shop, I used in my own existing iPhone whilst keeping my existing number. However, I had not received any indication that I was going to receive the promised cash back so I contacted Top Cashback. They informed me that suppliers often take several weeks to honor their cash-back pledge and to be patient. I waited. After 4 weeks, I received a notification from Top Cashback that Vodafone had apparently paid the commission to another (unstipulated) retailer. I contacted Vodafone who informed me that they did not offer cash-back deals and that the advertisement was not theirs. I pointed out that the Cashback site passed me through to Vodafone themselves but this met with numerous unhelpful replies that it was nothing to do with them. Furthermore, if I wanted to cancel the contract it would cost me £183. I continually asked for the name of a senior manager without success, each time being told that it was not their problem. Note that a similar advertisement still exists on the website. In the mean time, Top Cashback had confirmed that it was a genuine Vodafone advertisement. I am now in limbo with no idea where to go next. The advertisement enticed me to commit to a contract. Vodafone will not honor their side of the deal and want £183 for me to cancel the deal. I have dealt with vodafone, having been a customer of theirs through a contract through my ex husband for many years, and although their coverage is very good i agree with all the people who have critised their customer service that it is truly dreadful. Therefore it comes as no surprise that the cashback experience is so poor. I am surprised however that with such a torrent of complaints that Tcb are not putting pressure on vodafone to sort out paying up on their cashback promises. I am considering taking out a sim only deal but am truly worried that i wont be paid out on it. Really poor and makes you think because they have a lot of custom they just dont care about losing customers.

Dreadful! Did not track. Customer service from Vodafone patronising and unhelpful to the point of rudeness! Avoid at all costs. I wish I had read the feedback here before my (very expensive) purchase.
