Many TopCashback members have left positive feedback for Vodafone having purchased from them through us. One customer says they would highly recommend them for great cashback deals, while another describes the network as being great, saying the “customer service has been faultless for me”. Our members also describe how they have had no issues with Vodafone, are very happy with them or had no trouble transferring their number from O2, while one calls them a “great phone company”.

Customers also appear to be pleased with both the amount of cashback they have earned and how quickly it has been paid, with comments including “would recommend as the cashback deal I got was effectively worth two months of line rental” and “this has been the fastest cashback I’ve ever received. From the date of order to withdrawing the funds, it took less than three weeks”. Another review points out that the author’s £101 cashback reached payable status before they had paid their first monthly bill.

Although being rated as one star on Trustpilot, there are four and five-star reviews which commend them on everything from their customer service to their coverage and signal. Positive feedback highlights the fact Vodafone resolved issues one customer had, while another reviewer states they have two lines with them and have never had any problems.

Other reviews talk about the fact that their 4G and 3G has been strong and fast, no matter where the customer has been, while one reviewer says they have “been with Vodafone for over 20 years and always found their service to be great”.

Sadly I did not have the same success as many reviewing Vodafone. The transaction didn't track initially so I put a claim in that after many months was declined. Apparently they could not trace my purchase coming from Top Cashback. I am very disappointed as the cashback would have been £110.

Very disappointed. Tracked straight away but was later declined. I have contacted Vodafone but they will not give me a reason and say it is a Topcashback decision.

Despite having a 24 month contract for a plan which is £44 a month, Vodafone decided not to pay... This is my first transaction whoch has not been payed on topcashback....

My original online tracked order was stuck on their system and needed cancelling by their sales team who then had to raise a new order, replicating the original. Disappointed Vodafone would not take this into account.

Cash-back declined for unknown reason, queried and the eventual response is that I had cancelled my order. The Vodafone contracted phone that I'm writing this post on would beg to differ. Will be cancelling, and not going back.

I was afraid before I purchased Vodafone seeing the many negative reviews. But i trusted my luck and went ahead. My darkest fear came true as the transaction itself was not tracked, let alone issues with being declined at a layer date. But then, we have this amazing Topcashback team with whom i launched a claim and submitted the details as were needed. An update within 4 weeks that a matching transaction was found and it was allocated to my account, directly in a confirmed status without waiting from a pending status. Within a week after that has become payable and i have just requested payment - all in all within 7 weeks of purchase online - inspite of having had the transaction not getting tracked. Wonderful help by Topcashback team. I would recommend buying as I have got cashback when I have paid only two monthly bills. Simply great!

Only been with Vodafone for a week - not able to access or set up my on-line account as the wrong email was the 'Username' also they have two databases (one being C-Board/See-Board) and one wouldn't show my number while the other wouldn't show my account details. After speaking to the call-centre opps (four times) and two on-line 'Live' chats, still a problem and not able to set up or log in. Ask for PAK codes to move to EE. Phoned customer service for PAK codes, told have to go to the store to get them. At the store told have to phone customer service. ???? So, got the store to phone Vodafone customer service. One assistant couldn't handle Vodafone's own menu system, so gave up - got your store assistant manager to take over, he also had problems with Vodafone own call centre. in the end he spoken to 5 operators, and spent 45 mins on the phone. I was there for an hour to get PAK codes. It seems to be a problem that vodafone has two databases, and from reviewers who say they have been charged twice, the two databases could be why. Vodafone just have not got a system in place, and you will suffer if you go with them...
