Many TopCashback members have left positive feedback for Vodafone having purchased from them through us. One customer says they would highly recommend them for great cashback deals, while another describes the network as being great, saying the “customer service has been faultless for me”. Our members also describe how they have had no issues with Vodafone, are very happy with them or had no trouble transferring their number from O2, while one calls them a “great phone company”.

Customers also appear to be pleased with both the amount of cashback they have earned and how quickly it has been paid, with comments including “would recommend as the cashback deal I got was effectively worth two months of line rental” and “this has been the fastest cashback I’ve ever received. From the date of order to withdrawing the funds, it took less than three weeks”. Another review points out that the author’s £101 cashback reached payable status before they had paid their first monthly bill.

Although being rated as one star on Trustpilot, there are four and five-star reviews which commend them on everything from their customer service to their coverage and signal. Positive feedback highlights the fact Vodafone resolved issues one customer had, while another reviewer states they have two lines with them and have never had any problems.

Other reviews talk about the fact that their 4G and 3G has been strong and fast, no matter where the customer has been, while one reviewer says they have “been with Vodafone for over 20 years and always found their service to be great”.

Bought a business SIM only contract deal at £105 cashback. They first cancelled the contract. On contacting customer service via email, I was told since it was a business deal, I would have to provide additional documents which I did. The whole process was so horrible to finally get the SIM. Ultimately, they declined the cashback without reason. It is more of their trick to first cancel the contract/booking and then contact via email asking for additional information. Even though all through the conversation, I referred to the booking reference number, they did not honor the cashback. I did keep TCB Customer service in loop from beginning but they weren't of much help either.

initial order never came, then when I reordered cash back was never paid, when I spoke to merchant they had "never heard of" Topcashback. I complained to Topcashback, nothing happened..... I am seriously not impressed with Vodafone as I rarely have a signal not to mention internet only working when connected to my own broadband. USELESS!!

Faster paying? Thats a joke, my missing cash back claim has been open since the end of February! Terrible! If I was thinking about purchasing anything through them I wouldn't bet on having the cash any time soon!

Bought the phone in February 2014 and still no cashback. Waited for just under 3 months then sent a cashback chase email in in July and had to provide the details again. I made a valid claim for cashback on a new phone with Vodafone. Vodafone simply decided to cancel my order made via topcashback, and re-place iit in their system due to a fault at their end. Result = no cashback for me. Vodafone customer service has been woeful to say the least.

I took out my Sim only deal with Vodafone via Top Cash back in September 2013. I received £47.25, the correct value of my cash back was £116. I have raised my claim for the correct amount since the incorrect value was paid. I have chased this approx every few weeks. The feedback on my claim is that "we are chasing your claim with the Supplier". It is now 10 months later and the issue has still not been resolved. I'm absolutely appalled at the service provided.

Offer was £150 cash back. Was given £75. After several months my claim was returned as "Tracked under another marketing channel". So conned in to getting contract as now £75 worse off would have been better going thorugh another provider,

This has been the fastest cashback I've ever received. From the date of order to withdrawing the funds, it took less than three weeks. I am simply laughing all the way to the bank :) Vodafone is highly recommended with regards to the quick payout of cashback as promised. It would be an added bonus if you qualify for a 20% employee advantage scheme discount...

Cashback didn't track and therefore having to go through the pain of a missing claim. The tracking needs to get sorted. Not a happy customer, so hope to get it resolved soon!

Disappointing experience with Vodafone for the second time. Purchased an iPhone 5S, with a £42 per month contract, which should have generated an £80 cash back - only now, once it has tracked at £0 - do I see that in the small print, the IPhone 5S is excluded. This is the second time I feel I have been "striped" by Vodafone - the last time I also missed out on cash back of around £80 - Vodafone never followed through or answered the queries, making it impossible to obtain a satisfactory resolution. Ah yes, and now, having changed provider, Vodafone has failed to transfer our number properly so we don't even have a phone that works!!!! So, the lesson is learned for me this time - Vodafone's cash back service is deliberately misleading, so make sure you read the small print first, and even then, think very carefully, because if anything goes wrong, their customer service stinks and you could be left without a connection for days and days...

Still waiting to be convinced that I've entered into a good deal. Took 24 month contract on the basis of obtaining £100 cash back. Phone ordered and received before xmas, January no cash back so flagged and logged claim. Still waiting..........

I took a sim only contract out last may and am still waiting for my cashback. So far Vodafone have said I cancelled the contract and other such statements so 10 months after they have been taking my money I have had nothing back. Very very slow to respond and very bad customer service. Be warned

wow the fastest payout of cashback that ive ever had I havent even paid my first monthly bill yet on this sim only plan and the £101 cashback is already payable Well done Vodafone for showing how cashback could and should be handled unlike many of your competitors who have no intention of paying out or hold on to it for 6 months before paying

Signed up to new contract with £150.00 cashback - Vodafone only paid £70.70 cashback and refuse to add the difference, saying nothing further was due. Pretty disappointed really as the decision to change to Vodafone was swayed by the cashback rate which they did not uphold

I have taken a Samsung Galaxy S4 deal only because of the cash back on 22nd dec 2013 . Received phone on time on 24th dec 6pm. But the transaction hadn't tracked. Lodged the claim with customer service very next 23rd dec day even before i got the phone. Today is the 26th and still no signs of tracking on my earnings. Customer services say they will submit it again on 29th. I am not sure if i should wait and take the risk or seeing some of the recent reviews regarding tracking issues with vodafone....should i send it back before the end of the cooling off period? CONFUSED!!!!!

Purchased my contract over a year ago and have not received any cash back, transaction also got wiped from my account history so I couldn't claim my lost cash back very very poor service.

Overall very disappointing. Bought and tracked correctly. Voda contacted me, sent me the wrong handset to (and to the wrong address), checking my web order confirmed that I entered ALL the details correct. Voda completely messed up the order, and I believe as a handset had to be returned to swap for the one I originally odered it must have broken the tracking, cashback process, I tried to claim manually but that failed also. Very disappointed. New BLACK Galaxy S4, £105. Complete Fail. not impressed and very disappointed.

Bought my sim only £21 last month for £150 cashback and it got paid today! Very very happy, and vodafone even managed to add on the 20% employee advantage discount also. Sim has worked out very cheap in the end overall. Would definitely purchase from again :)

IF I WERE YOU, I'D LOOK ELSEWHERE... I took out Vodafone's sim-only £105 cash-back deal and received no money whatsoever. TCB advised that Vodafone refused my claim by saying my web order had arrived through another marketing channel. I wrote to complain. Vodafone didn't respond. I telephoned to complain and was told I had to call their Customer Relationship Team on an 0870 number (0870 numbers cost 21p a minute from Vodafone handsets...) After 50 minutes of being patronized, my Adviser said he would not pass me on to a manager. Will pursue through the small claims court. It's not just about the money, it's the awfulness of dealing with their Customer Service team...
