Many TopCashback members have left positive feedback for Vodafone having purchased from them through us. One customer says they would highly recommend them for great cashback deals, while another describes the network as being great, saying the “customer service has been faultless for me”. Our members also describe how they have had no issues with Vodafone, are very happy with them or had no trouble transferring their number from O2, while one calls them a “great phone company”.

Customers also appear to be pleased with both the amount of cashback they have earned and how quickly it has been paid, with comments including “would recommend as the cashback deal I got was effectively worth two months of line rental” and “this has been the fastest cashback I’ve ever received. From the date of order to withdrawing the funds, it took less than three weeks”. Another review points out that the author’s £101 cashback reached payable status before they had paid their first monthly bill.

Although being rated as one star on Trustpilot, there are four and five-star reviews which commend them on everything from their customer service to their coverage and signal. Positive feedback highlights the fact Vodafone resolved issues one customer had, while another reviewer states they have two lines with them and have never had any problems.

Other reviews talk about the fact that their 4G and 3G has been strong and fast, no matter where the customer has been, while one reviewer says they have “been with Vodafone for over 20 years and always found their service to be great”.

12 weeks until cashback payable hardly qualifies them as a 'Faster Paying' merchant. Besides that, Vodafone needs to step up technically, I encountered far too many issues with my online account and the Vodafone website when I first signed up and this caused me to have to spend many, many hours conversing with customer service on the phone and using live chat. The issues took nearly a month to be resolved, and only after constant prodding at them to do something to help me. In the end up, they sorted the problems and refunded some of the money I had spent calling their customer service line to sort out a problem which wasn't my fault.

There isnt a ZERO rating so going for the lowest. Almost a year on and Vodafone are yet to update me regarding my £105 cashback claim. They advertise high cashbacks but once the contract is secured it is goodbye

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Sim only taken in November with £60.00 cashback promise, looking at recent reviews this isnt going to happen. Opened a service ticket. If this doesn't get honoured its going all over twitter too about their false promises!

Cashback not tracked at all on my costly monthly plan. Claim raised with Top cashback but after few months was informed that it was refused. Vodafone wouldn't even say the reason. So Vodafone - bad experience.

Purchased contract offering £78 cashbook on December 4th 2014 and noticed nothing had tracked 3 weeks later, so put in a manual claim. Just been informed today, over 3 months from original transaction date that they would not honour the cashback. Bit disappointed as have used tcb for 3 years previously with no issues.

Tracked fine all the way until the 3 month period to make a claim was up and then declined literally the day after

TRansaction tracked immediately but after 2.5 months it has went to declined for no reason whatsoever - absolute waste of time! Getting annoyed at TCB now as that's 3 transactions declined in the last couple of months and I haven't changed the way I use TCB is any way! Disgrace!

Promised Cashback was never paid, I chased it up with TopCashBack and they were unable to get the promised cashback from Vodafone either after numerous messages . I switched suppliers, took out a 24 month contract and purchased a new phone. I feel very disappointed and let down by this major retailer.

Ordered a sim only deal, was due to get £80, cash back didn't track and went a claim was submitted it was rejected by vodafone stating they had no record of my transaction

Although I clearly qualified for this offer, vodafone refused my cash back with no reason given. I will never again be using Vodafone. They have lost far more business than the value of my cash back. Very shortsighted of this organisation to advertise cashback deals and then alienate customers by refusing to pay out.

Excellent. ! Had no troubles at all transferring my no. from O2. Watch out for the billing tho there is a catch up payment very soon after joining. But other than that Vodafone substantially better than O2. Cashback took along time to pay 3mnths or so but it did record the sale ok and I'm glad to say that the cahback has also been paid. Would highly recommend.

Would not use Vodafone again after this experience. Quite simply, they did not honour the cashback on a contract and gave no reason for the denial which I thought was appalling. Further, they attempted to increase the cost of the contract by approximately £5 per month. I've used various mobile providers over the years. This is my first and last year with Vodafone. Very, very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.
