While it is fair to say you will find some negative Agoda reviews below, plenty of positive remarks have been left by our members. While some people have complained about their cashback not tracking, others who have booked with the hotel service through us have clearly had no such issues. Some of the feedback you will find includes “perfect, paid on due date — no complaints from me”, “confirmed and payable within five months” and “cashback confirmed and payable within specified period”.

You will also find positive Agoda review feedback about the deals available on the Agoda site and the service provided by them. Our members have said such things as “great deals on hotel accommodation”, “great bargains to be found”, “good company with some fantastic rates. Very reliable” and “good value for money”. If you take a look on Trustpilot, you will find the vast majority of customers who have left reviews have been very complimentary, with comments including “easy and clear to book with competitive rates”, “best thing ever” and “best price and easy for booking”.

	This merchant is awful. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Two high value transactions done via Top Cashback, both of which were not tracked. I have waited well over 8 months for the first claim, and over 2 months for the second claim, and until today, there has been no resolution. Avoid this merchant, and use another one instead!

	Booking through them 3 times. Made claims on all 3 had to wait over 1 year to day it was declined. Never booking through them again.

	It took forever to track. You have to wait months after you’ve stayed to get your cashback. This was even though I paid in full months before my trip and it was non refundable. Don’t book on the basis of getting cashback as you may not get it

	Transaction did no track so I raised a ticket with TopCashback. It has been one year since the transaction, which was a hotel booking paid and used long ago. I'm still waiting for a resolution, apparently waiting for retailer to respond but I don't think they have any intention of honouring my claim. Will not use again and would give 0 stars if that was possible.

	Made a hotel booking with Agoda through Top Cashback in November 2017. Followed Top Cashback instructions to click-through carefully and yet the claim didn't track. Stayed at the hotel. Put in a missing claim request and despite repeated nudges for over a year, I couldn't get an update. Finally discovered today that it has been declined. Really not impressed.

	Used Topcash Back for two large value bookings with Agoda and after 18 months and 14 months respectively both payouts have been declined. I would avoid booking through Agoda if you want cashback as I have never had any problems with other merchants such as booking.com. Not worth taking the risk and it appears Agoda wish to avoid paying

	Refused cashback on a transcation of over £600. After a long wait the reason given was "transaction referred by another affiliate" but they declined to give any further info....such as who the affiliate is?! A joke. Beware!!!!!

	Been chasing for over a year and cashback has now been declined despite booking through topcashback. Avoid! I will be booking hotels through someone else in future, they have lost my custom.

	Cashaback got declined after 18 months due to "transaction referred by another affiliate". I have never use other links to click through and cache is always clear. Agoda clearly did not want to pay commision on this transaction.

	It has taken over a year to get to a point where Agoda have rejected 2 separate transactions with no possibility of disputing their decision. I certainly won't be using them again!

	Nearly 2 years since staying in hotel and still not payable. Tracked immediatly on two bookings and both still not paid. Very poor as all other hotel sites pay quickly - avoid at all costs.
