	TERRIBLE Hiring the cars through Alamo was a good experience. Cashback however, two years on it's still pending! Don't offer it if you're not going to honour it.

	Don't waste your time Two years running Alamo have declined a percentage cashback offer of a US car rental despite the website stating that US rentals are included. Try another rental company if you want some cashback

	Wrong amount and then cancelled Sadly when I took out car hire with Alamo the cashback element was a nightmare. Originally the cashback amount was far lower than it should have been, a query was raised an additional cashback amount added to my account. Between these 2 cashback amounts the total original cashback entitlement would have been achieved. Since then, the first cashback has been declined and the second has never become payable. This all despite the fact the booking went ahead and there was no queries with it. On a second note, however, car hire itself from Alamo is fantastic... just the cashback bit is pretty much impossible to get (even a year after payment and hire)

	Over a years wait and then cashback DECLINED! We booked a car with Alamo in May 2023 and the cashback was finally declined in June 2024! Topcashback we're great about it but I am very disappointed with Alamo so will not use them again in the future.

	Cashback missing and never paid Cash back never came - suposedly a big backlog that topcashback ate having to chase constantly!

	Too good to be true The cashback was tracked a couple of weeks after purchase and a year later they declined it. I had spent quite a bit of time working out the most efficient means of hiring a car and that time seems to have been in vain

	Avoid Alamo Clicked through directly, all tracked by TCB. Alamo denies TCB was final click to their website and booking and denied cashback (after several months). Complete nonsense, of course. Really dubious additional fees also turned up after completing car hire for a week and the invoices they produce are absolute chaos, presumably tactically so. I hire cars frequently, never again with Alamo.

	Alamo dont pay the cashback. I bought Feb 2023 and a year later no cashback I chose Alamo because of the good cashback offered on Topcashback. I bought the hire car in Feb 2023 and its now Feb 2024 and they still have not paid the cashback. I recommend Europcar if you want cashback as they pay out.

	Valid Purchase, Cashback Declined I booked a car through Alamo for a holiday in Spain in June 2023. In February 2024 my claim was declined. I found all the necessary paperwork to prove my claim was valid however as 180 days had elapsed I was unable to pursue the claim. Disappointing.

	Poor Cashback Experience Tracked at non-US rate despite hiring a vehicle in US. And still waiting for cashback seven months later. Rental service was great, but cashback can’t be relied on.

	I have used Alamo to book three seperate hire cars, and the first one has now been rejected after 4 months of waiting for no valid reason. I suspect i may be disappointed with the others as well. THEY DO NOT SEEM TO HONOUR THEIR CASHBACK.

	Cashback was declined for no valid reason - I met all the criteria. First time in several years as a member I have had a valid claim rejected by a supplier so beware!

	Had to submit a claim because of tracking issues with this merchant, but all was fine after that, and paid soon after rental.

	The cashback didn't track and had to lodge a claim. Took three months to resolve but then showed as payable straight after that. No problems with the hire itself and will happily use again.

	The cashback tracked incorrectly but my claim was quickly resolved by Alamo and progressed to payable immediately after I picked up the car. Good service.
