Failed to track so I cancelled the booking. Make sure you book more than 8 days in advance so that you have the freedom to cancel as Alamo will apply a fee if you cancel and or amend your booking less than 8 days before the departure date. However cancelling is very easy as they give you a special link in your confirmation email.
