	the casback process was good. i have not given 5 stars only because i had to wait a little longer than i was expecting for the cashback to arrive in my account. but only by about a week. overall a good experience though.

	When i first booked through top cashback the booking did not register. registered a query and within a few days the cashback was in my account and payable within a couple of weeks! Great service!

	Booked a rental in October 2015, waited until June 2016 to get a response and they rejected my claim. What makes mateers worse is they provided Top Cashback with absolutely no reason for their rejection. Thats £100 lost now, i'd only booked through Alamo because of the cashback, i could have got a cheaper rental elsewhere. Very disappointed

	Don't count on getting cashback when comparing with other car hire firms as my cashback claim has just been declined after a booking made in Sept 2015 for a car hired in Florida. No reason given which is annoying. Will know next time to ignore cashback when comparing prices and then take it as a bonus if it gets paid.

	Booked car for US travel and all tracked well until return when cashback reduced to zero and unpaid. Upsold an upgrade when collecting the car, otherwise car would have been rubbish, but changing the booking is then the excuse to not pay. Guess they know the tricks to avoid paying while making you think you've 'got a good deal' at the time.

	Great service from Alamo, got the cashback quite quickly and the percentage isn't bad either. We'd hire a car anyway, so getting something back for 'nothing' is a no-brainer. I'll be using them for our next USA trip :-)

	Not the first time I have rented from Alamo. In the past there have been problems, but it now seems that things have greatly improved. I was very pleased with my recent rental and will definitely will use again.
