booked car hire in the US 5 months ago based on the cashback offered BT Alamo. Received £0 cashback from this merchant having never had any issues with any previous merchants I have used. To date after 6 months n explanation given.

They tracked at zero and didn't pay - the cashback was the deciding factor on choice of car rental supplier. Fully booked through the link, won't use them again.

After we ordered the car, the cashback had tracked within a few hours. On our return from holiday, cashback was already payable! Easy!

Alamo delay the payment of cash back for months and then when you are past the 100 day time limit to raise a non-payment dispute they do not pay at all.
If they don't want to pay any cash back then don't offer it!

I ordered a car for my honeymoon the day the cashback offer increased from £18 to 12%, a considerable difference for a £800+ rental. The cashback tracked at the previous rate and, after 7 months have elapsed, Alamo have declined my request to pay the correct amount. Extremely disappointed with Alamo and I've not even driven the car yet.
